Decent food, not my favourite pizza ever but consistent quality, I've ordered from them for years and it's always been reliably good. Customer service has been good, delivery is always on time, the cheddar jalapeño dip is amazing and honestly why I keep coming back

The pizza was delicious, and the staff were friendly. Although it took about 15 minutes to prepare, the taste was worth the wait. The place is also cleaner and more well-maintained than many other spots.

There's bad and then there's this lol. (Laughable because I'd be ashamed to run a business and put this out to my customers) Let's set the mood - Thursday night, kids are hungry and bed time is 2 hours away. Let's go on a journey together! We placed our order and first there was a mix up with the website - called in and we were able to rectify the mix up and correct it. Cool, everything should go smoothly right? Nope! 1 hour and 20 minutes later it's still not here so I get worried and call. While on hold, the driver shows up at the 1 hour 30 mark. We were nice enough to accept it thinking maybe it's not going to be bad... another disappointment awaits! Old, dry, separated, missing risers and even a cooked burnt riser - photos attached! If you're looking to feed your family in a bind, don't rely on these guys - zero stars should be an option... 👎

The pizza is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Just check out the pizza. The guy at the checkout was rude and arrogant. Owner please take a look into it.

I am not sure how they got into the business. They don't know how to make piza and what customer service is? This is the second time I have had the worst experience. My mistake was that I didn't realize that this was the same place I went 2 months ago. The chicken was just boiled. However, on receipt, it says grilled chicken, and cheese was not even properly malted. After getting my order, I just took one bite, and it tasted very badly. I returned to the store and complained, but they didn't bother, I ended up leaving pizza with them as they didn't have any solution, and they did not return my money. There was no one to listen to the customer's complaint. Don't waste your money. This is the worst pizza pizza store I have ever encountered. Thanks

This is one of the best Pizza Pizza locations in Vaughan with great seating, good vibes and the best of all, the most courteous staff. Today we were served by Gurjot who welcomed us with a pleasant smile and also helped us find the right recommendations for our order. Keep hiring more people like this Pizza Pizza.

I don’t usually order pizza from this location but today I had to for convenience. Anyway the pizza we got tasted off. The cheese wasnt even fully melted when we got it. So dissatisfied! Never again will I order from here. I don’t think they know how to cook a pizza. My go to is usually Weston and Major Mackenzie pizza pizza.

If I could give this place minus stars I would have! As a loyal customer I am extremely disappointed. This is the worst pizza ever! We had a party at our house and people are about to arrive. What are we supposed to give them to eat? This uncooked pizza? I asked for well done. Forget about well done, nothing is done on it! Look at the veggies. They are ALL RAW. Everything is just raw. Nothing is cooked. Everything just looked thrown on the pizza and it looks like they did not even try to cook it! WORST PIZZA EVER. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AS WELL AS FOOD AS THIS PIZZA IS NOT IN EDIBLE!
