If I can give 0 I would give it , No one washing their hands or wear gloves ( I went there during evening shift) he touched everything and then started making pizza with his dirty hands , when I told him he disagree with putting gloves but at least washed his hands , I kept watching while he was preparing and he kept doing the same thing for other people orders , I told him that it is dangerous people can get sick he did not care at all ,no response. If you really wanna eat watch them and tell them to wash hands, still never going there again , they are literally looking costumers eyes and very comfortable he is touching every surface and then going to kitchen.

Delivery driver literally refused to deliver the order, parked outside and then left. Called to find out where my order was and was told the driver couldn't get a hold of us....they literally always ring the doorbell or knock, even with contactless pizza...of course the hotline employee blamed us and said he could only resend the pizza. Now it's been 2hrs and no order....thanks Pizza Pizza

I am a loyal customer, and we really liked the new Stromboli product. We have ordered them for our family multiple times. Today, I picked up the order and was disappointed. The Stromboli are flat, thin, and the dough is much thinner. The kids are upset, and I am disappointed. But customer service is good.

Half of my pizza was raw/doughy. This seems to be a consistent problem at this location. Please check your pizza before you leave the resturant when picking up/taking out. Will not return to this location.

Ordered from this location plenty of times with no problem. The time they made a mistake I was given attitude. The pictures can speak for itself. Manager has no customer service skills, needs to learn to communicate without showing aggression.

Good location out of the many franchisee locations all over the city. Fast friendly service and a clean location. Food is consistent with what you would expect from Pizza Pizza. This location has limited seating but abundant parking as the plaza it is located in is quite large.
