I had some of the best pizza in my life here, the pizza was fresh and steaming hot, and the workers were kind enough to put extra toppings for my family. I’d recommend this chain to anyone who goes because they have the best quality in food and making a person have the best customer service experience!

I never thought in a million years that this food would be such bad quality for a basic pizza shop. Don’t ever order here. $87 down the drain on pizza with literally no sauce and barely any cheese. This was for a party of 30 people. Tonight, for my family, they’re the grinch who stole Christmas.

I came here for dinner with my wife and we had such Bad customer service,bad food we oder a medium pepperoni pizza looked more like a small and we order wings bbq sauce and to my suprise when i look in the receipt it says small pizza???sorry i didn’t order that i said medium pepperoni pizza and then j asked if they had wings and the guy said yes i ask how many in the box and he just said yes yes !!?When me and my wife get the food we see two pizzas instead of the wings and pizza we asked for we call the cashier and tell him its wrong and we had to yell so they could hear us in the back and when we are served the guy tells my wife the we order a small pizza and we tell him no we order medium pizza with bbq wings !,they got mad at us and said okay ill give you 10 wings and they were absolutely discussing and raw!!!!After 5 minutes they give us the wings and they were absolutely not cooked at all!Rather just had asked for a refund!!!Please do not come here they are absolutely ridiculous!

I quit. As a lifelong pizza Pizza customer, I was excited when this location in Newmarket opened, but after 10+ times ordering from this abysmal location, I am done with Pizza Pizza. The pizza is RAW every single time. If I request "well done", it's like I as for undercooked. I preheat my oven knowing I will have to finish cooking it at home, when I paid for a cooked pizza. The photo pictured is supposed to be DOUBLE mushrooms and WELL DONE. It's RAW, ignoring the sad sprinkling of DOUBLE mushrooms. This is a food safety issue, you're poisoning people. Every single order is the same.
