Ordered a deep fried panzoratti, got a half baked, not even deep fried calzone. Store was not busy and there was atleast 3 employees working. I get that the 2 things are similar, but it's still not what I ordered. Pretty disappointing

My first visit and everything was excellent. We order party pizza and was delicious 😋. Staff was nice and place is spotless . We will be back any time we need pizza to go.

Went there with my summer camp kids and the staff were so kind to us and made us feel so welcomed!!! Food was fresh and great and they went above and beyond to make sure the kids felt comfortable. Thanks!!!

Owner is very much friendly and serves fresh and hot pizza to me. Ambient is better than any other pizza store in Hamilton area. I usually order pizza here due to thier best staff and service.

I was truly impressed with the exceptional customer service and food quality I experienced at the Pizza Pizza location I recently visited. The staff, and especially the owner, were incredibly kind, courteous, and accommodating. I am grateful to Pizza Pizza for making my daughter's party a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The pizza where the prosciutto is picked off of Is the original pizza that I had ordered I could instantly tell that the prosciutto was bad so I called the store and ask for a replacement without prosciutto. They sent another pizza with the prosciutto again also bad you can tell by the colouring it’s gray I work in a deli department it’s not supposed to look like that and or smell like that. When I called the first time to complain they were going to replace both pizzas I said don’t bother the one is fine no problem. The second time I called back to complain that it was wrong again I asked for them to replace both because now I started to eat some of my fiancé’s pizza. Anyways the store said that they wouldn’t replace both pizzas so it is what it is but I’m honestly disgusted by the fact that they even put that prosciutto on the pizza looking and smelling like that. So now I have two stinky pizzas that I will not touch regardless of if the prosciutto is on it or not and I am still waiting for the third pizza and it’s been an hour and a half already.
