I recently picked up my order from Pizza Pizza, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. First, the wait time was excessive, and when I finally got my pizza, it was cold and looked like it had been tossed around in the box. The toppings were sparse, and it was overcooked to the point of being burnt in some places. I also ordered a side of garlic dipping sauce, but it was missing from the order entirely. To make matters worse, I noticed that they don’t use different utensils for vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods. They use the same pizza cutters for both, which is a huge concern for anyone with dietary restrictions. When I called the store to express my disappointment, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I expected a lot more from a well-known chain, and I won't be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience - Burnt and Inedible Pizza 🍕 We've been regular customers of Pizza Pizza (2201 Brant St Unit #9, Burlington) often ordering the same medium 2-topping (onion and green pepper) pizza, and we’ve typically enjoyed it. However, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. The pizza we received today was fully burnt—blackened on the back. It was simply inedible. As loyal customers, we expected the same quality as usual, but this experience has left us hesitating to return to this location. Quality control and consistency are key, and this recent experience fell far below the standard we’re used to. Hoping management addresses these issues so we can feel confident in coming back.

It was just okay. The pizza is basic, which is what is expected. What stood out is the person who helped us. He was good, and friendly, but the ordering is so rigid and "anti- customer" If my son didn't insist on pizza pizza, I would have gone somewhere else. They have pick up special, that are locked to one toping, and if you want to add more you have to oder another item. Chaning a deal to an over priced basic item. Im not sure if it's this franchise or pizza pizza in general, but i can say this, other places are simpler to order, and better tasting. Two major stikes pizza pizza, please do better.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Ordered "Funnel Cake Stix with Caramel" with extra Caramel. They sent me Creamy Dill. I called customer support and spent over an hour waiting for the representative to find out this big multi million dollar company wants to give me a store credit of 2 dollars and wont refund anything. DO NOT order from this company. This business has the absolute worst customer service. This is a company that's 100% out to get your money and could care less about their customers.

Pizza pizza on Brant Street 2201 unit #9 always serves up delicious pizza with fantastic flavors for me and my family The crust is perfect, and the toppings are always fresh. Definitely worth a visit!" I highly recommend this location as it’s always amazing. The customer service is what brings us back and the employees are who keep us coming back. Cheers
