Used to love Nova. Ordered for the first time in a while and was completely underwhelmed. Very thin, floppy dough with very little in the way of toppings. Delivery guy is nice but I won’t be ordering from here again.

I shouldn't have to put the pizza in the oven as soon as it comes. Specifically said, and it's on the receipt as well, for it to be well done. The pepperoni isn't cooked, as soon as you pick up a slice it's flopping over with all the toppings falling off. Very disappointing. The delivery driver was nice.

I guess the good pizza is not consistent at this location. I just picked up my favorite pizza polo and the polo was MIA. Counted 10 tiny pieces of chicken with good amount of spinach and sprinkle of feta. It was tasteless. Will try a different location next time.

$50 bucks for 2 medium regular pizzas, 1 10 piece chicken and dipping sauce. Since when are “regular” pizzas thin? Paper thin like cardboard thin! There is a regular, thin and thick option 🤨 if this is “regular” then what is thin? I’m appalled 🤯. They’re stingy with the pizza bread, sauce, cheese and toppings. Not happy at all.

We enjoy supporting local businesses even if they’re national pizza chains… we’ve been in the neighborhood for years and haven’t gotten pizza here often but after getting a large pizza recently I wanted to make sure others know how positive it was. We really enjoyed the taste of the pizza and the experience of ordering here… and so want to recommend it to others. Enjoy!

This location is the best! The pizza is always amazing and they take excellent care to make the pizzas to perfection. I always request very lightly done and it's always done that way. When I request lightly done from other chains (Pizza Pizza), it comes out burned, so I'll spend a little extra 'dough' at The 'Nova to have to done right. Even after reheating (see picture) it is fantastic! Always appreciate the friendly staff and the excellent flavour of their food.

Very disappointed in the management at this specific Pizza Nova. I had walked in with my fiancée to get a medium pizza with three toppings. Our usual go to is thick crust and chilli flakes in addition to the toppings we choose. When pizza was presented the pizza was thin like cardboard and made a remark immediately about it being thin crust. I had repeated my order more than three times verbally prior to finalizing the order so I was confident I would get the pizza I ordered. The manager/franchise owner came out and said next time show with your fingers what thick and thin crust is. I was very disappointed in hearing that response back. Owning very successful businesses myself that is not how you respond to a customer. You are a franchisee of a “pizza nova” if you make a human mistake with an order you should fix it rather than insult customers. Highly disappointed and will not return back.
