First of all the lady who's working in the front she was very rude, customer service is very poor it's was Monday around 6 pm, I ordered three topping party size pizza, some of the slices only I can see one topping, I don't know why they're cheating people like that.

Very fast service. I ordered a large pizza and got it under 20 minutes and it was really well cooked and tasted fresh. Definitely recommend this location.

recently came and got a medium pizza, pizza was delicious nicely even on all sides of the pizza they were generous with the toppings and the lady at the front was very nice and offered candy canes to my son. most definitely would come here again

Pizza was a 3/5, service 3/5, atomosphere and cleanliness 5/5. Cashier didn’t seem to really want people there.

The service and product quality are unacceptable. The cashier was rude and had a bad attitude. The pizzas were a disaster—they messed up the order toppings and burned all three. With takeout prices so high, you'd expect good service and decent food, but this place fails on both fronts. I can't recommend it.

I think the people giving low reviews are reviewing the wrong location. I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Nova (no frills plaza leslie davis) for 3 years now and every single order has been perfect. The owner and delivery driver are very friendly as well, so you can tell these are good people. Old fashioned service and great tasting pizza. Plus i’m italian so my review should carry extra weight. My pizza had onions instead of bacon, the staff was rude to other customers. I had to wait extra time when hardly anyone else was in the store and the price was unbelievable for what I got (the homerun bundle) Lastly, the packaging on the Chicken Trio is awful.
