December 28th at approximately 11:20 am I walked into this Pizza Nova and while I absolutely hate being a Karen. The guy working at this store had such an attitude he basically discouraged me from ordering. Telling me it’s going to take approximately 20-25 minutes to make garlic bread and cheese lol. I asked for a side of marana to which he replied oh that gona cost extra. That’s fine I said. I asked is it possible to heat it up. To which he rudely replied nope. Basically buddy didn’t want to work and he succeeded cause I don’t have the mental patience to deal with him for flipping garlic bread. If the owner experienced the manner in how he conducted his self he’d probably be in the unemployment line post haste.

What happened to pizza? It used to be a hot, delicious, cheesy treat that arrived at your door. Now the delivery man won't show the pizza until you pay. What should you tip? Was the pizza upside down? Is it my pizza? With delivery fee and tip, I paid $50 for a medium pizza and 10 wings. FIFTY DOLLARS. I ordered my pizza "well done" which, in the past meant an extra minute in the oven to brown the crust. Nice! Last night's pizza was simply over cooked or forgotten. What happened to tomato sauce and cheese? Corporate greed? I ordered EXTRA cheese and paid for it but could barely detect regular cheese - and "cheese pull"? - not a cm. What kind of cheese are they using? I added my own mozzarella at home and it looked nothing like what was on my pizza. I had to cut off the crust because it was too tough to chew. I ordered mushroom, onion and green pepper - these vegetables must have been shaved, they were so thin. I wanted to reward myself for a hard day's work - disappointing. + pizza arrived hot + wings were perfect - hot and delicious Can someone recommend a place to order pizza with ample sauce, cheese and toppings ... that doesn't depend on who's in the kitchen? I used to LOVE Pizza Nova ...

My friends and I all love pizza nova for their fresh topping - but we love this spot in particular because of the outstanding service we get every time we go. We’ve gone just 2 of us for a date night and 8 of us for an after game meal and everytime the staff has made it warm and inviting.

Rude guy behind the counter, not in an abusive way but a 'I couldn't care less about you or your business one'. I tried to take the higher road by thanking him very much when I picked up my pizza order and he just stood there expressionless. I have the impression it's the same individual some other reviewers have criticized. To make matters worse my pizza wasn't "well done" as I had clearly requested and even my wife commented that she has tasted better frozen pizza. In fact, she only ate one slice. I've ordered from several Pizza Nova locations in the past and this was by far the worst pizza I've ever experienced. Suffice it to say I won't be ordering from this location again.

Always mess up your order! Save yourself time and go to a different location or a different pizza place altogether. Not worth the headache you'll have to deal with EVERY TIME they mess up your order.

Male employee did not wash his hands after receiving my cash. I told him to please wash his hands. He replies "the pizza is going to cook anyway". I'm very disappointed. I reached out to customer care after I requested my refund at the store from a female coworker. I explained that York region health codes were being violated. Unacceptable disgusting behaviour. Nobody wants to get sick. The company reached out & left a voicemail with an apology. Unfortunately I will never eat at any of their locations ever! If you want a clean location go visit any other pizza restaurants. Take care & God bless.

I think I am tired and fed up of all commercial pizza places now. The price for a deluxe slice is okay I guess!!! If it tasted or looked like a deluxe pizza Slice. Lacking a taste and cheese and sauce. I wouldn't go here again.

I have ordered pizza from here 2 times. Both the times I went to pickup which is very quick. Taste wise pizza is really great for the first time but second time Pizza tasted very dry and hard at the bottom. I have ordered regular crust but felt like I got thin crust. H
