Pizza is always cold, ordered lasagna and pizza, they make the pizza first then it sits on top over oven till lasagna is done. The need to time it so you get the food hot.

I give this place one star , the reason behind this is the last time I ordered food I ordered 2 identical pizzas which had almost no sauce, one was burnt entirely on the bottem , the other was undercooked and had to be reheated. Was not impressed

Ordered a pizza and chicken bites for us tonight and it was excellent. The new doppio pepperoni pizza is amazing. I highly recommend, excellent experience!

Pizza nova is fresh slices. Variety of them , sometimes you just want a slice and not a whole pizza . Pizza nova is always singles slices as well

I'm writing this to warn other that their salad proportions have drastically changed, and their new choice of croutons taste like cardboard and had no bacon. I'm not impressed. I will say they do make an awesome pizza and I like their wings, the service has always been good. Bad move in changing salad quantity and quality.

Worst pizza nova ever Just went to pick up a special Large with chicken, there was just 4 slices with 1 or 2 piece of chicken the rest just sauce and a bit of cheese. I will never go back there again! I don’t recommend Queenston road pizza Nova, a waste of time and money,

If I could give a zero I absolutely would! ZEROS ACROSS THE BOARD!!! I received a BLACK pizza!! I couldn’t believe it, I even peeled back the toppings and the entire dough was black! I called and spoke to the manager who advised me they are closing in 20 minutes and they would give me my pizza tomorrow. What the heck kind of customer service is this?? Why would I want my pizza tomorrow?? I’m hungry now!!!! I’m disgusted with this whole experience and would not recommend this location to anyone ever. Absolutely disgusting!!!
