Pizza Inferno

Me and friends would eat here all the time. The pizza is pretty good when it's made fresh. They don't keep many options in the case during the day, only pepperoni or cheese, mostly, but the good thing is that they will put any toppings on there for you if you ask. The lady who works there is always very friendly and helpful. The negatives I have are that the owner is not very friendly and every time I feel he makes the pizza, the toppings are lacking and the pizza feels thrown together. In the summer they keep the door open so a lot of flies and bees get in, theyll have wasps in the pizza display case landing on the pizza, but my most recent complaint is that I got food poisoning there twice from expired garlic sauce recently. My friend got the same thing once. This was all within around 3 weeks of each other. The most recent time about two weeks ago. I know it was from that cause I had the same experience a couple of weeks before after eating the same thing, and I did not have anything else to eat after. It starts to make me wonder if that was expired, what else would be expired? Due to this fear I have now, I won't be eating here anymore, unfortunately. I do not recommend this place anymore since my last two bad experiences.

My boyfriend ordered two large pizzas and 40 wings which costed about $160 off Uber eats. We have been ordering from Inferno since they have opened and never had an issue. Tonight my daughter bit a slice of the pepperoni pizza and there was a black hair baked into the dough. It was very gross and ruined everyone’s appetite. We have contacted Uber eats and nothing was resolved. We are quite disappointed with the whole situation this evening.

The food is very very good here but the reason for my poor rating is they are never there. Online it will say open til 10pm or open til 11pm but when I try to order a pizza at 8:30 or 9pm, they don’t answer the phone. I have been ordering from them for years but this has started in recent months. It doesn’t matter which day of the week it is either. I’m fed up. No matter how good their pizza is, and it is good, not to mention their amazing cheesy bread! But I’m still taking my business elsewhere where they actually answer the phone.

I have been going to pizza inferno since it first opened at the grays rd plaza. When it was owned by the original owner I have never had any issues and the owner was always friendly. Since moving to the location they are in now and owned by a new owner we have had such terrible customer service. We have been hung up on when trying to call multiple times to order. We have also been told to “order through skip” or “order through Uber” because they are “too busy” to take our order themselves. So now I have to pay more money to order through the app??? Do they not want customers? Forcing people to order on the delivery apps if they want pizza which will cost the customers more seems a bit silly. If they are constantly “too busy” why don’t they hire more employees? What if the person calling is older and doesn’t have/ know how to use the apps? On a side note we have always enjoyed the pizza and we are happy the taste hasn’t changed with new owners.

Wasn't that great. Does not come close to what is in the pictures. Hardly any cheese at all 2 pieces of pepperoni on each slice of pizza, looks like they cut the hot Italian sausage in half and then matched it on top of the pepperoni and about 5 maybe 6 pieces of of olives on each slice. Definitely not going to be returning anytime soon.

Definitely won't be ordering from here anymore, the pizza was disgusting and wings were the size of my baby finger. It was like they clipped the wings off a budgie. Very disappointing as my husband and I, use to go to this spot for our once and awhile treat

They deserve more than a 3.8 star rating on here. It was really a good pizza for the price! Their 2 medium pizza + 20 wing deal for $32.99 can’t be beat. Called in and my order was ready in 20mins.

I normaly do not write reviews but.....Bought 2 panzos and 1 slab pepperoni pizza. Worst tasting panzos ever tasted, real bacon was just pieces of fat, marinara sauce on side is awful. Slab pizza does not taste good, actually has a funny taste to it. I should have known wasn't going to be good when driving home and asked the wife what that smell was.....If they were handing out free slices I would not return, horrible quality product. For anyone else that has not tried it, trust me don't!
