The store was understaffed and had to wait in line for sooooo long. Only one person working and didn’t even take the order within 10min. Had to wait 20min just to place an order. They need more staff here. The guy also dropped the pizza on floor.

The worker was rushing and multitasking to handle the orders, thanks to her, but the owner runs this franchise by only one person. Therefore, orders were delayed, and pizzas were terrible.

Very poor service, expensive for nothing and staff are cheap in adding toppings. Quality is very bad and very oily. I don’t recommend this location.

Avoid this location at all cost! Go across the street to pizza Nova Food was over cooked literally was like cardboard fir thin crust would break in my hand, the pepperoni were over cooked. The international students that work there have no regard or care for their product quality refused to remake my pizza or give me a refund. I will never attend this location again

The pizza here is a joke. Large pizzas look medium. The owner is really cheap on the topping . It takes 3 bites to get any toppings in the mouth. Lol absolutely ridiculous 😂

Guess shrinkflation is here too. My large 14" pizza turned out to be 12" I wish I'd counted the missing 40 square inches as the tip rather than the tip I left Manager would not accept a picture with a ruler as proof of mistake. Asked for well done, it was under cooked on one side. Maybe oven is broken?
