Our artisanal dough is made in-house daily from scratch with the highest quality unbleached flour, ensuring your order is freshly made each time. I stopped by on New Year’s Eve to order a pizza, and the owner said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Then they offered me tea while I waited , now that’s great service! The place is super clean, and the pizza is always amazing. This was my first time actually coming in, and it didn’t disappoint. I’d give them 10 out of 5! Definitely recommend!

So, I hit up Pizza Boat in Burlington the other day, and let me tell you, it was like, totally awesome. The vibe there is super chill, and the owners are so cool, they make you feel like you're part of the fam. It's the perfect spot to hang out, whether you're just grabbing a bite or celebrating something special. The best part? Not only did I get to chow down on some seriously tasty Turkish-style pizza on Christmas, but Chef Yeşim hooked me up with this sick Christmas gift - an evil-eye protector necklace with a little soap square on a string. It was like getting a surprise present, and it made the whole experience even more dope. They really know how to make you feel special. The pizza was next level. Each slice was bursting with flavors that were both familiar and kinda exotic, and you could tell the ingredients were super fresh. The crust was on point - crispy but still chewy. It's obvious that Pizza Boat is all about their craft, bringing a taste of Turkey right to Burlington. I'm totally recommending Pizza Boat to anyone looking for a cool place to eat. The combo of a killer "chez" pizza, awesome vibes, and that sweet Christmas gift makes it a must-visit. Five stars, no doubt!

Amazing Lahmacun! I asked to order 6 to keep in the freezer at home and Yesim had me sit down, she made a mini one for me to try before I bought the bunch. Incredibly generous and lovely experience. I will certainly be back to try the pizza boats/pide🙂

Chef Yeşim truly cares about providing customers with high quality Turkish-style pizza and she has put so much passion into building her menu. The way she explains the menu items to customers and how much time she spends with them speaks a lot about how passionate she is. We ordered “Meat Lovers Assorted Pizza Boat”, “Assorted Pizza Boat” and “Spinach & Feta Pocket Boat”. Pizza dough was made fresh in front of us and the ingredients were fresh and perfectly marinated. My favorite ones were chicken with Dived Potatoes and Pulled Beef. For dessert, we ordered “Burnt Cheesecake” and “Kunefe”. Both were delicious and fresh.

Exceptional service and hospitality, and the food was delicious! Ordered the mixed meat pide, chicken pide, and kenafa for dessert. Loved the sujak sausage & chicken the most, and the pide's were perfectly thin with a crispy crust. The kenafa was made fresh and hot, just 👌perfect!

Our family's first time eating here and definitely won't be our last. The crust of the pizzas are really tasty, unique and non-greasy. The place is very clean, has comfortable chairs and a relaxed atmosphere. Family-owned business as well! Try it if you love thin-crust pizzas.

Great place serving delicious Turkish pizzas. I love how the crust is thin and it feels light but you're also full. Great hospitality and the Turkish tea was a great add on while I waited for my pizza boats.

It’s an amazing place. Very cozy atmosphere, great service and very delicious food. My kids are usually picky, but here they ate every bite of various types of pizza we ordered. Our son also spun the wheel and got a free Chocolate Lava cake dessert. He was so happy! We would highly recommend this place!
