Love the owner, super chill and always talks to me and my friends when we come in, but the workers are HORRIBLE. Last time I went I paid for extra chicken and the lady working didn't give it to me, it was regular if not less chicken.

This place is a cash grab! I parked in the plaza to eat at their restaurant. In spite of having the receipt from them, my vehicle was still fined. The parking officer said the plaza owner has instructed her to follow such protocols. Its a scam since they signs clearly say it is parking for a customer, yet they issue fines that you are not able to dispute. I would rate them 0 for being dishonest!

Pretty decent food. 3.5/5 quality and volume for price. Service is good AS LONG as you don't interact with the woman who is apparently the store manager. She is extremely rude and quite frankly ruined my experience after coming here for a week straight as a patron of McMaster Children's Hospital and having quite pleasant experiences until I met her. Rude and intolerable, impatient and unkind after I was nothing but polite. You are ruining a good restaurant. Otherwise recommend!

I tried various offerings like falafel on the rocks and falafel plate and both taste nice. Moreover, staff is also good and attentive all the time to serve good meals. I must recommend this place in Hamilton.

Chicken shawarama wrap here is good. Like OMG seriously. The chicken shawarama on rice is also excellent. Taste and look so good. Honestly everything I've had here is the best out of any other place. And desert baklava is amazing. You won't regret it.
