Pho is okay to get the fix but nothing special. There are better places to eat pho in Durham region. Customer service is not the best. We had an issue of how many spring rolls we got but they stated we asked for the larger size when we asked for the smallest. Atmosphere is good. Place was pretty empty for dinner time. I have eaten here before and decided to give it another chance however it will be the last time.

Love coming here. For 1 the cleanliness is top tier. The Pho is legit. You can taste the authenticity without added chemicals to add flavor. The service is also wonderful they are a very kind family. We will absolutely be back!

Always have the freshest food here, friendly and attentive staff. Clean washroom and ample parking. We always order the same pho and fried spring rolls and will never ever gets tired of devouring them

This is a must-go place if you want to get some hot noodle soup in Pickering. Sabrina was truly amazing and offered lots of patience and help. The food is delicious and the portion is generous. The price was good too!

I ordered the Pork chops and beef on rice. I also ordered the deep fried squid tentacles. My second time here and I’m never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and attends to the table regularly. The pork chops were seasoned really good and had a lot of flavour. The beef was tasty as well. I love squid tentacles! I drizzled mine with hot sauce and ended up eating all to myself. Seasoned well and tasted good. I would definitely go back

My first time eating Vietnamese food. My friend's brisket Pho looked delicious, large serving, lots of noodles. Staff suggested I get the spicy Chicken Curry instead of the mild that I initially ordered. It was much too hot for me and therefore I only ate a couple of bites. The spring rolls were fresh and were served with a tasty dipping sauce.

I used to frequent Pho Saigon regularly, both for dining in and placing takeout orders with delivery service. I observed that the dining-in experience consistently went smoothly, likely due to the face-to-face interactions with the staff. However, a noticeable contrast arose when I placed orders for delivery over the phone – a series of unfortunate issues ensued. What struck me was the staff's attitude in handling these problems; they exhibited rudeness and an unwillingness to rectify the issues, often without even extending a simple apology. Initially, I assumed these incidents were isolated cases, but my optimism waned after subsequent attempts. On two separate occasions after, we encountered a string of problems with our orders, leaving us greatly dissatisfied. Regrettably, this continuous stream of issues led us to the conclusion that it was best to discontinue ordering from Pho Saigon. I find myself wishing I could describe this establishment as hit-or-miss in terms of both food quality and service, but truthfully, it appears they've fallen short on multiple occasions.

Came here a few times now and it usually is not busy at all. I really liked my bowl of rare beef and beef ball pho. Personally no major complaints from me but our friend was unpleasantly surprised when the coffee they ordered came pre-made instead of having the drip pot at our table.
