went in for a bowl of pho for lunch. The menu prices were not reflective of the prices listed online (25% higher). Pho was mediocre and watery, not hearty. Needed lots of hosin and siracha to make it taste decent. Pricey for a bowl that is mostly noodles with a few slivers of meat that were clearly old and not fresh (i got the special bowl). Service was lackluster, did not check on me once, no napkins at any tables, no one around to ask for napkins. Last, I visted during the tax break period and was still charged taxes which I didn’t realize until after. I should not have tipped although I did. I would not be returning, a lesson learned. I would recommend other spots for pho.

We tried this place for take out for the first time because we were in the area for a different reason, and I would go back for sure even though it’s not in our neighbourhood. My toddler asked if we could eat at the restaurant next time because it is such a nice and clean and welcoming environment. Comfortable and cozy. The staff is super nice and the food was perfect!! Very fresh and flavourful.

I've been going here for years but I went this week and was disappointed in the service and change in food. We got pho take out. I asked if they had the greens in there, like they normally do, the cilantro and basil. He said ya ya and I started to untie the bag to check and said I also needed chopsticks. Then he tied the back closed and said okay bye. We got back home and there were no green veggies for the pho like they did before. Just onion and some bean sprouts. I rarely go out and when I do restaurants are more expensive and giving less than before.

Nice little place with friendly staff. Seems authentic and food quality was good. Decent prices and portions. Would definitely go back again. Really close to MAC campus and side street has two hour parking M-F so likely weekends isn't even limited.

Food is good. Funny thing is when we asked for an extra bowl, they hesitated to give us one. Every pho place we dined in, there was no issue if we asked for it. Each one of us ordered food plus appetizer. We are small eaters & we even didn't finished our food. Maybe some diners ordered food for one & share it?
