The lady was handling food, cash, and her cell phone without changing gloves. I didn’t want my food. I didn’t want my money back. I just left the restaurant never seen something so disgusting. This was January 1 at around 12:30 AM

We have eaten here several times in the past. Food was on the pricier side, but was always fresh and filling. Unfortunately, this place has taken a hit. 1 sandwich, 2 burgers, 1 small fries, 1 large poutine cost about 60 plus dollars. There was a hair in the food, the fries looked and tasted "refried" and the veggies were not fresh. Will not be returning. You can get a better and cheaper poutine at Costco.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the pulled pork poutine at Philthy Philly’s and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! The combination of perfectly cooked fries, topped generously with succulent pulled pork, rich gravy, and a sprinkle of cheese curds was simply a match made in culinary heaven. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that left my taste buds dancing with joy.

I had a bad experience with their food. It was bland, tasteless and not worth the money. We were so excited when we went to eat there, seeing all the good reviews, alas! Our experience was not good at all. Even the poutine we had, was very salty to the point it tasted bitter. We tried to force ourselves to finish the food. The cashier - who took our order needs to speak up, couldn’t understand half of the things she said. Anyhow. I will not visit there again. We went to the cashier to inform them about our disappointment.

We decided to order here to treat ourselves after a long week of work. What a huge mistake that was! If I could give 0 stars I would. First, to say that 2 Philly cheesesteaks and 2 poutines is regularly $80 is a scam… how can you claim that when I can skip the BOGO special on Uber and pay $46 from Uber eats by ordering the items separately ? Instead you charged me regular price claiming it was buy one get one free. The poutines were so sad, fries were DRY. Only moisture was from the condensation build up in the very small boxes. We have ordered many poutines on delivery from other restaurants and have never been disappointed until now. The cheesesteaks were put onto buns that I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. All my toppings came off and I had to throw my bun out. Minimal amount of meat, 3 pieces of mushrooms and 2 onions… how do I know how many? Because I picked them off to give to my husband! Ordered Swiss cheese… my cheese was missing entirely… never had a cheesesteak that was missing one of the main ingredients before. After our experience as well as reading others reviews we will be staying far away from ordering again. Seems you’re ruining what was once a great thing!

Got the pulled pork poutine in medium size and it was delicious! Just the right amount of sauce to cheese on top with crispy fries. They have a decent menu selection to choose from so there is something for everyone. The environment was clean and staff easy to talk to. For the price to portions, I would say it is a bit expensive but still a great first time experience and would come back to try their other menu items in the future.
