I bought my son in law a 100 gift card from this establishment year or so ago and today we went there to place a 70 dollar order. Guy behind counter had trouble validating card so he called the boss. He was advised that gift cards are no longer valid. So they pocketed my 100 bucks and now its so sad too bad for the customer trying to cash card in for food. They took my hundred and God knows how many other customers money. Since when do gift cards expire ?? You have my money i want your food!!! They havent heard last of this. Rip off artists. Come to think of it i dont want your food anymore. Shame on you and your rip off company !!! Whats fake??? The fact you took my money and i got zero food is fake ??? Does it matter when the gift card was bought ?? I couldve bought it 5 years ago. Doesnt matter. These cards dont expire. Instead of making a weak attempt at damage control why dont you try and rectify the issue. On the phone you had the opportunity to settle the issue and you basically told us too bad so sad. You lost 2 customers forever. Read the Gift Card Act of Ontario RSO 2006, and i strongly suggest you familiarize yourself with the intent and spirt of the law. Im still out 100 bucks so does it matter ??? Your damn right it does. On Principle. And i also suggest you look up the meaning of defamation. Eg; Did i have a gift card in your company name. Yes or No ???? Was it of monetary value and did your company fail to honor the card. Yes or No ???? I rest my case.

Absolutely addicted to this place! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their menus, and the food tastes SO good. You see your food being made and it’s worth the wait for something right off the grill.

Have never been here before and was looking forward to it, was happy to see the buy one get one on Uber so I ordered for pick up. $13.99 for one of these is an absolute joke. There was hardly any meat or sauce on this sandwich and it’s beyond tiny, the whole sandwich was the size of a deck of cards. I would have gladly paid $3 for this sandwich, even the two of these combined was not worth $13.99. This was a rip off and I’m disappointed, won’t be back! Edit: In response to your reply, my apologies your buy one get one was $14.29. I’ve attached photos of my order. Thank you for your reply but it’s crazy to charge this much for such little value.

Ordered on Uber Eats, took a bite of my wrap and it had plastic in it. Absolutely outrageous to let something like that slip and let the order go out. Unreal.

Dev, Alisha, Rahul were the best. The quality and freshness they put together was amazing. Food was served hot and fresh. Taste was great. Also their teamwork was very well noticed. They did the best job. Thank you for the amazing dinner.

Overall very happy with my food and service, poutine was loaded and fresh. I've come a couple times on weekend for lunch and it wasn't busy. I did feel like the portion size changed even for their biggest poutine, as it used to able to feed 3-4 of my family members but it's more like 2-3 now (could be an effect of inflation?)

I would give this a negative rating if I could. I remember when the Davis location opened, the food was incredible and the portions were huge, even if the price was on the higher end, I was willing to pay it. However, today I ordered 30 dollars worth of food and I got the soggy, tiny mess you see in the photos I took. The buns were soggy and it genuinely looks like the sandwiches were thrown into the foil and tossed into a bag. Not to mention they were stone cold. I could literally count the pieces of lettuce and other toppings. The service was atrocious and its very clear that the teenagers working there are doing so without any supervision. The restaurant is filthy( no pun intended) and when I called to ask why the sandwiches were in such a state I was told that the portion sizes went down but prices have went up. As a restaurant owner myself I am appalled at the experience with the Davis location, sacrificing quantity and quality, but still raising prices and the employees admit it willingly, it's amazing they still have business. Don't ever get food from here, it's not worth the cost and the taste is mediocre at best. I will be telling anybody who asks me, to never step foot in this establishment.... ever.
