This place just doesn't get it. Take out is a soggy mess and simply packaging this differently would probably solve the problem for the most part. You can't put a steamy Philly into a foil wrapper and not expect to be completely soggy by the time you open it. Value for money is lacking here. For over $19, the amount of food doesn't match the expectation. Either shrinkflation happening here or even worse, price hikes with less food period. Parking is a bit of pain too as there are only 5 spots out front and it's shared with at least one other restaurant. Have to park out back most of the time and walk around the entire building to get to the front entrance. I'm being generous with 3 stars and would probably give it more like 2.5.

Food was excellent. Great spot for a Philly when you can't actually get to Philly! Get the Cheez whiz, thank me later. Down side is that it takes close to 10 minutes for it to be made, the up side is that you can have a can of beer while you wait! Definitely recommend

Very good food and portions. Lots of options to choose from. I wasn't able to close the container when I got it because they had filled it so much, but that's a good thing in regards to portion size. Highly recommend.

The staff there treated us so well and went above and beyond. This is my first time at this restaurant and I’m so impressed with the food quality and flavours. I definitely will come again and recommend people to try it.

Very good. Order the Philly cheese steak and pierogies. Came to $19. Pierogies were clearly just frozen grocery store from a bag. I'd guess Costco. Kinda disappointed but the price is right. The cheesesteak was a much better version of subway imo. I'd go back.

Ordered through skip the dishes. The order came exactly how it was requested. Tasted great, any substitutions were accommodated as I had requested them. Food was hot and fresh and had generous portion sizes with generous toppings ie poutine.

A super nice cashier helped explain the menu. Very reasonable prices and great portions. We got the sinister sweet and chicken bacon ranch poutine and big something eh. Philly def the highlight, wish the chicken had more sauce as it was a bit dry but great overall.
