Once you taste the quality of the meal options you can get here you will think twice about future take out. The highest rating I give fast food is 4star and this place gets my max. It's like 5 restaurants in one 1. Chicken and salad bar 2. Prime rib and main course bar 3.sushi bar 4. Pizza parlour 5. Sandwich bar and they even have a good coffee, espresso and dessert bar ,btw, the pizza is amazing 🤩

I personally love Fortinos but in this location there're some workers that really need to be trained to service their customers. Sunday June 23rd ( not sure the time) Noodles area the lady was so rude to pick up my order and same day and also Tuesday 25th around 2:30pm a lady that works in the sandwich area messed up my order and she told me it was the machine system mistake not hers. She is rude and seems that she doesn't like to work there. Everything you ask she does it in a rude mode. I wish I know her name but she was working when Andy the chef was there.

I was wanting to do a catering order for Pane Fresco for Sunday and was wanting to speak to someone in the department after looking at their menu online. The lady directed me and someone picked up and said "hello", with my response "can I please speak to someone regarding a catering order", to the response "no one here knows anything about catering, goodbye". A little off putting but a simpler response would be "unfortunately a manager in the department is not available to take your call would you like me to leave your name and number and follow up with you tomorrow". The customer service completely threw me off as I am wanting to order large sandwich platters and 3 signature pizzas for Sunday. I'll try again tomorrow if not I'll order somewhere else

What is happening? The food was always good, but today I got Chicken Parmigiana with mashed potatos and grilled Brussel sprouts with bacon. Paid almost $19 Chicken was pou ded down to 3 mm "thickess". Some tastless sauce and cheese that was hardly melted. Brussel sprouts.....all 3 of them cut in half....and potatos that were the best of the bunch. The serving portion was small. Needless to say, it was disappointing...😬

Thu Jan 20, 2022 from 4:07pm-4:23pm: First time here and I had the best experience. Dmitri served me at the hot food counter and he was so friendly, warm and welcoming. The woman at the self serve check out was also very kind and I went back to buy a gift card at the cashier and Miranda was so sweet and helpful. The staff here are on point with their customer service! Such a lovely and clean store! I'll definitely be a regular here!
