Pretty unimpressed. The bread bar was nice and unique. The food was ok, but more bland than expected. The biggest issue was how long we had to wait (it was NYE, to be fair), but my food was fairly cold when I got it. I asked them to warm it up, and when it came back it seemed to be the exact same temperature . . .

Cute date spot! Atmosphere is very cozy and comfortable. We got the rice balls, carbonara pasta, and lasagna. Food was good for the most part. Rice balls were crispy and flavourful. I felt the carbonara was very rich and a little bland after the first couple bites. My partner enjoyed the 3 sauce lasagna but I felt the noodles being fried didn’t really add to the dish. Nonetheless, the bread bar was nice, do wish they had more spread options though. Service was fast, our server was very attentive and genuine.

Decided to go to Pacini for a birthday dinner, table of 6. Started off strong with great appetizers and pizza, and then it just went downhill from there. The mains were very underwhelming, to say the least. Steak literally was not seasoned, one steak even being burnt, which we had to send back. Highlights were the calamari and pizzas. The bread bar was amazing, no complaints there. Would i be back? Probably not. We were given a free dessert for compensation for the steak, and the service was great, but the food wasn't it. I'm definitely disappointed overall.

It was a unique experience at this special restaurant, with great ambiance and good food. We had several dishes, pasta and steak. Everything was perfect. My only comment is that the service could be improved, especially with the waiter explaining the dishes to the customer in a better way.

This was our first time at the restaurant and we loved it. Our waitress was Brenda and she was fantastic! She gave us plenty of time to navigate the menu and never rushed us. She was also made some great recommendations and answered any questions we had about the dishes. She recommended their bread buffet which had a variety of different spreads and fresh bread of course. Our favourite spreads garlic and pesto, but they were all so yummy! For our appetizers we had the fried calamari which came with fresh lemon and a lovely dip. We also tried the fresh mozzarella cheese with cherry tomatoes which was also good. For the main course we had fettuccine Alfredo with halal veal meatballs and the 12oz steak with parmesan fries. The fettuccine Alfredo with the veal meat balls was so creamy and delicious. The steak was cooked well but it wasn’t very tasty, and the parmesan fries were disappointing to say the least. The mint tea was great and their dessert menu was also good. We chose to go with the Apple crumble and we enjoyed it. Overall we really liked this restaurant and we will definitely come back and recommend you try it as well 😊!!!!

I had an engagement party hosted here for about 45 people in August. I was incredibly happy with the service provided by the team and with how lovely the space looked for the event. The staff here, especially head of house, were so kind and accommodating. I also cannot speak more highly of Bonny, the General Manager. She was very thoughtful in finishing touches that I wouldnt have even thought of. She was easy to communicate with and very prompt in her replies. I would highly recommend hosting your event here and with Bonny!

We have been to this place a few times. We love it for the bread bar and the really good food! They make both amazing pizzas and pasta so you can’t go wrong. I believe our waitress’s name was Christine and she is very friendly and hilarious! Not enough people know about this place I don’t think so go and check it out! My husband and I go a few times a month. The decor is beautiful also!

Pacini is an elevated Italian restaurant offering a variety of authentic dishes with a modern twist. We were promptly seated and offered complimentary sparkling or still water—a nice touch! Our server, Christine, recommended the zero-proof Arancia Spritz and a Pineapple mocktail, with the Pineapple being our favorite. From the Aperitivo Menu, we tried the Piatto based on a suggestion, but it didn’t meet our expectations. The Arancini Balls with the bruschetta twist were disappointing—honestly, the ones at Fortinos are better. The other items on the Piatto didn’t impress either, so I wouldn’t recommend it. For the main course, we had the Lasagna Tradizionale and Seafood Linguine. The presentation was unique, though the Lasagna's flavors were average, but still good. The Seafood Linguine, however, was delicious and even better the next day. We learned a little late about the bread bar and decided to try it. The grill was charred, leaving black marks on our bread. Thankfully, it didn’t affect the taste, so it’s still a cool idea, though it could be better executed. Christine was amazing throughout the night, tending to our needs and even throwing in jokes to amuse us. The restaurant staff had a familial vibe, which was very nice to see. We skipped dessert as the overall experience was underwhelming. If I were to return, it would be for the Seafood Linguine.
