Amazing, full of flavour, great vegetarian options too! Staff made fresh beyond steak for us and it didn’t take too long. Only thing was it seemed to be very popular and they couldn’t keep up with wiping the tables down fast enough. Highly recommend!

I am a regular customer of Osmow's Shawarma at T1 Pearson Airport. I have to say that they always exceed my expectations. Particularly Mandeep is very thoughtful, always smiling and giving the extra mile to all the customers.!! Keep up the great job! I am very satisfied with the service and kindness of all the staff.

I asked for a half and half beef regular plate, but they started serving me chicken after I waited 10 minutes for the fries which weren’t ready. I don’t think I was really waiting for the fries to be cooked but rather for the employees to bring them out. I could see through the small kitchen door window that two employees were passing a phone back and forth with bare hands. In the serving area they used gloves but I couldn’t verify in the kitchen. Once I corrected them that I wanted beef, not chicken, they placed back the chicken and other ingredients into their original compartments (see my video). It’s not a hygiene issue but a dietary issue (not all ingredients are gluten free, veg, or diet friendly) and I found it a bit weird that they did that. The beef was extra overcooked for sure. Super hard and chewy in some places, and super burnt. I had to ask for toppings (they completely skipped giving any and tried to get me to pay for the order as soon as possible)

Craziest burnt beef donair I've ever had. Service was 0. Ridiculous, never had such a bad donair in my life.

Good to have it in the airport of Toronto. The staff need more training and not to give an attitude when a customer tries to change the ingredients of a course. Very heavy accent that I didn’t even know what she was saying. Food is good and prices as posted without additions.

Very bad customer service! I eat there almost every day as I work at T1. When you walk to them to order, their face specially the guy that work evening shift looks like you’re disturbing him. Not properly trained staff. Doesn’t know a take away box has two sides and one is deeper where you put the food and the other one is the cover. Been served upside down couples of time and didn’t say anything. When I did show them their mistake and asked it to be fixed, this is what they served me. Picture attached…
