I had a lot of hopes for this place and was excited to try out "Oklahoma style burgers" as it has been something on my bucketlist to try George's Motz's burgers one day (known as the burger expert, and own's an iconic Oklahoma style burger joint in the USA) . Hoping it would at least give me a standard of what to expect the day I had Motz's burger. This is definitely not the place to compare any burger to... at least from mine and a few of my friend's personal experiences. The food... All our burgers were OVERLY salted with a slap of too much black peppers that it was really hard to even eat, losing our appetites. The burger lacked sautéed onions (mine had about 4 small pieces) that characteristic of the "Oklahoma burger". They also put way too much mustard that it made the buns even soggier due to the lack of toasted bun over the grill (note mine does not have the characteristic browning on top of the bun as comparable to their Instagram’s standardized burger). Our Mac and cheese (Smokey Sam’s) didnt have enough salt and lack any distinctive flavour profile comparable, can describe it as boxed mac and cheese with crumbled corn flakes over it. (They actually had cornflakes) and our fries were decent but again, also lacked salt. It seemed all the salt the lacked went into the burger patty... Truly a hot mess. (When we gave feedback - read in service section..) The food and the service seem like it had a of potential and we would have given it a decent score if it wasn't for the OVERLY salted burgers. I thought my burger was only one with the salt problem. My friends felt the same. I wonder if anyone else in that restaurant felt the same or we were unlucky. Service... Upon arrival, We were a bit confused as our host disappeared on us after we thought they were taking us to our seats. Food came fast (which was a plus.... at the time, but maybe too fast if you factor in the mistake). Waiter promptly gave us our drinks and extra ice and water fairly quickly in the beginning, so that was a plus. Salty Burger feedback... When we mentioned it to our waitress about it being overly salty, and to let the Cooks know, to at least be aware to make adjustments. (Note this isnt the first feedback about it being "too salty" from the reviews). She just shrugged it off and said "oh... sorry." and Walks away. Overall the service was "okay" at best. But I don't think I would return due to the overall experience. Environment The environment seems bright and open with minimal decorations. Spacious. Bit confusing when you walk in as it's listed as "food hall" but people end up seating you. Like a normal restaurant. Disclaimer: I usually don't like complaining and I usually take what I get as long as it's edible even if it was a mistake because I sympathize with hospitality workers (having been one myself - as a cook)... But when I feel I really need to say something, I will. I didn't expect a free meal or anything but the fact that there was absolutely no effort to give reassurance that communication would be relay to the kitchen or at least a genuine apology would have suffice. It's kind of disappointing to feel like we spent our time and hard earned money to receive this experience is unsatisfactory and resulted in what we felt in the tips that night. (which I generally feel guilty not giving a certain amount, but tips are meant to reflect one's experience otherwise...) If you're afraid of your food being too salty, maybe just remind them this is what you saw in the reviews... cause you may not get any hospitality or sympathy from them. Yes, I sound super bitter, I am - must be all that saltiness I ingested and experienced service wise.... :) Food, service and consistency could use work. Otherwise, food is wasn't terrible, just needed adjustment, hospitality and communication would of made us feel more forgiving. I would NOT go out of my way to go again unfortunately. I Would not recommend it to anyone.

Great services from Ansh on the first day of 2025. Very surprised that they open and the place is full of people. Burgers are as perfect as usual. My go to place for burger.

So here's the thing. There was nothing wrong with the food or the service. It just wasn't exceptional or memorable based on the hype.. Meaning it was average. the ladies answered my questions and got back to talking to themselves in a foreign language, I was the only customer. I ordered the basic burger which was $8.50 and made it a combo adding up to $15.50. The burger was a lot smaller than I expected. It honestly tasted like an upgraded Whopper, only smaller and slightly better protein. The curly fries were good. I enjoyed them the most. However, if I was to compare them to five guys I would go with five guys, better fries, more quantity. Five guys lil burger is equivalent more filling and tasty. In my opinion this is just an upgraded Burger King with better fries.

We ordered the Oklahoma Burger, Bone Marrow Double and the spicy thick cut fries. The takeout order took about 10-15 mins to prepare (though early dinner time 5pm). In total, the entire meal was a bit over $30 taxes included. We found the portion sizes to be on the small side. The Oklahoma was one dimensional. The Bone Marrow was similar in texture, with the taste of onions and pepper being the most prominent (it also had a spicy sauce that overpowered the bone marrow). The fries were actually the best part of the meal. Crispy outside and soft texture on the inside. However they were supposed to be spicy, but were not. Overall, not bad, but harder to justify especially when Burger's Priest is across the street.

Very good service and great atmosphere. I came in with a large party and everyone received their food in under 10 minutes and were accommodated for. Best of all the prices are extremely reasonable here! The food was good, however, I felt that the burger had a bit too many spices in the sauces and I couldn’t taste the meat flavour. I’ve definitely had better smash burgers elsewhere. I also had the butter brisket naan from Karak and it tasted good! I finished off my meal with some Kashmiri chai which tasted good, however, I wish it was stronger. I mostly tasted milk in the chai.

We visited Oaklahoma Burgers today and had an amazing time. The service was great. Our server was Vashu and he was superb. He answered all our questions and gave great recommendations on what to order. The food arrived promptly and was super fresh and hot with high quality meat. We ordered 3 burgers to try: Truffle mushroom Swiss double, Brisket Jalapeño Triple Smash, and Bone Marrow (BM) Double Burger. Our favourite by far was the truffle mushroom! The fries and onion rings were crispy and good but we wished they had a bit more flavour (we liked the fries over the onion rings). We love that the space is large and can accommodate larger parties. They also take reservations (on weekends as well) which is wonderful. We look forward to coming back here with family and to try the other menus/restaurants that share this space.

Everything is Halal!!! The burgers were ok. A little too greasy for my liking, but overall the taste was good. The onion rings were phenomenal (I would go back just for them). The service was amazing, Moose helped us out a lot with deciding what to order, she was super kind. The decoration was very elegant, especially for what I was imagining when I thought of a burger place. Brisket jalapeño Triple smash: Tasted good, not spicy at all though. BM Double: My personal favourite, it was a bit on the sweet side, but I love sweet things. The restaurant is a bit weird in that it’s three restaurants combined, so we also ordered some chai from one of the other menus. Please do not make this mistake, the chai was so flavourless and so bitter.

I'm quite a regular here ever since they opened, because they have the most delicious smashed burgers in the Greater Toronto Area! Well seasoned smashes beef, with crisp and flavorsome crust My favorite is the Oklahoma Double, which comes with loads of onions smashed into the beef. And another favorite is the BM Double with their unique BM sauce! All the sides are amazing too, specially the panko crusted onion rings and the crisp crinkle fries. The place is more upscale compared to your regular fastfood joints, and it's always a pleasant experience dining here.
