The staff is very caring and kind never have any problems with this location. The food court itself is a bit crowded and its hard to find a place to sit sometimes but overall its good.

Came by today this afternoon to Pickering town centre because I had a New York fries craving for a few days now and the food was pretty subpar. Veggie fries was cold and saggy because the person pulled the fries out way too early. Hot dog I had was very cold. The best thing I had there was the Diet Pepsi. What a waste of 20 dollars.

They are very efficient and the food is reasonably priced. I have been here multiple times and every time it is amazing. Nice people, great service!

Maria is amazing she always makes my fries the best. She takes so much time and care with the food, I have come here 3 times this week after never having it before. I like her customer service and will always come back

It's been a long time since I've been to the food court at Pickering Town Centre and an even longer time since I've eaten at any New York Fries. Their menu has expanded a lot since the last time. I had the Chili Fries, a Cheese Dog, and a Coke. Everything was good, even better than I remembered. I'll be back!
