Staff was friendly but slow..probably because it was so busy so I guess that couldn't be helped. I got the basic poutine and it was hot, with lots of cheese curds and gravy. I didn't have to ask for napkins or cutlery. The onroute itself was so loud and dirty (toilet paper and napkins all over the floor, tables messy) I went outside and ate in my car.

This particular ONRoute King City location on Highway 400 is very well equipped with a choice of fast food restaurants. Starbucks; Tim Hortons; Burger King; Popeye's; Subway; New York Fries. Though we purchased just fries from New York Fries, I was quietly surprised to see some interesting menus on the screen for the first time. We bought medium dark roast coffee and everything bagel with creme cheese. Location is neat, clean, and well maintained. Felt good to have a break at this location after a 2 hour 30 minutes drive.

The quality of this New York Fries location is horrible. The hot dog buns aren't steamed, lack of options and condiments. Even after ordering through a touch screen tablet, my order was still wrong. New York Fries needs to look at this location and whip it into shape

Food was awesome but 1 star because of the lady who works there name Kiran she’s so rude with customers don’t know how to behave with customers she’s the one reason in future I’m not coming back here. Everyone else is great

Better be prepared to wait, they take an order, cook it make it serve it, then take the next, cook it make it serve it, then take the next… and If- and I mean IF they are actually opened, it’s good food and portions and sometimes they are rude sometimes not just depends on the day. But again, IF they are open cause they seem to just close whenever they want with no explanation. Just temporary closed at random times
