Wonderful experience! My boys and I were at the mall early in the morning. One of my son has a lot of allergies, their plain fries are our only safe food option at the mall. Elma was prepping in the kitchen and didn't see me at the cash register. When she noticed me, she was very apologetic and courteous. The fries were freshly made and delicious. Most importantly, it was safe for my son to consume.

The staff here, hands down are the best in Markville. I've been here a few times and can say that the staff (usually the same people) have always been so friendly and attentive, and always have my meal fast without ruining the quality of the food. Hands down, best in the mall, and probably the best New York Fries store in the company. Thank you staff for always being so great!

I was there on October 3rd and ordered butter chicken poutine. Unfortunately, I didn't really do it justice because I took it to work and didn't get to it while it was warm. It was still good. 'Mildly spicy' is indeed very mild, by the way. But most important, Elma was very friendly, kind and helpful; she and her colleague created a really welcoming environment. Everyone will want to go back!

I often take my lunch at the Markville mall just so I can have the pleasure of being served by Norya and Elma. These ladies are always so kind, helpful, and lead the day with a smile on their face. From free samples, to just genuine questions about my day, they rock. Will continue to return along these ladies are treated well and happy!!

I brought my grandchildren to this location today. I asked for three tap waters. The lovely lady offered them to us with no problem....unlike the sushi take out next door that wanted paid for his cup. Then she offered us a sample of their new spicy fries and THEN...a spin where we won two free hotdogs. A great experience and my grandkids thought the fries were very Yummy!

The reviews are real. The fries are fresh from the fryer, the hot dog is assembled with care, and the service is friendly. Highly recommend it if you want some good and simple fries.

The food’s great and you also get a free sample of their new hotdogs. The cashier lady at the front is very kind and sociable. Sometimes when she’s not busy, she start a bit of idle chat with you while you wait for you food.
