Got amazing service from the two employees working there, they were very nice! My pulled pork poutine I ordered was so good it’s like it was made with love. I would 100% recommend coming here and I’m definitely coming back!

No gloves! I don’t know why more and more restaurants are not using gloves while handling food. The gentleman at this location opened and closed my box multiple times and touched the food with his finger tips. 🤮🤮🤮 avoid if you don’t like eating food off a random stranger’s fingers

We ordered the pulled pork poutine this afternoon. The pulled pork was disintegrated and was more like a Chili than a pulled pork. Very disappointed. ALSO, the poutine didn't come with gravy. I was expecting fries, cheese curds, gravy plus the pulled pork that I had ordered. Without the gravy, the curds don't melt. The fries on the bottom stay dry. They wanted to charge extra , like a buck sixty or something to get gravy. Will not be ordering again.

I ordered a regular poutine it was the nastiest thing I’ve ever had at New York Fries. The fries were old and stale and they added the gravy in the back which was strange. He DROWNED the stale fries in lumpy rancid gravy and it seemed like the employees were confused when they were putting together my order. I had to throw it out. Don't waste your money here!

Such a Magnificent establishment that serves only the most delectable of fresh cut fries. simple, yet sophisticated recipes with appetizing and delectable exteriors complemented by a flavorful and savory interior, the food is extremely delicious and over all amazing. On my way into the establishments exterior their was a Kind Indian girl with this tall young man who served in a very respectable manner and a kind and friendly tone thus the quality of the establishment was artificially enlarged by the addition of this Friendliness

Ask for fresh fries poutine. They gave me refried fries that is disgusting. My order was made within 2 minutes after ordering, I didn't have time to get my credit card in the wallet. I asked again, if it is fresh, she said it was. Should not lie, I asked how come it is this fast? Only two girls are working. Very disappointed with what they did. Will never come here again. Just went back to see, five baskets of fries sitting on top of fryer with half frozen fries. Please train and fix these lazy workers. Reply Is that why the fries were luc warm and soggy?

I took a vacation recently to Burlington to visit some family, and decided to grab some food from the Burlington Mall. The staff at NYF were welcoming and very heartwarming. I've never been treated so well, especially at a fast food joint, and the boy taking my order, Michael, was extremely patient, and helped me order, since it was my first time. He helped me choose my meal, which was their classic poutine and a hotdog. The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and smothered in rich, savory gravy and cheese curds. Each bite was like a warm hug, and the hotdog was perfectly cooked, the insides were warm and juicy, and the meal didn't cost that much either. I offered to tip the young man who took my order, but he humbly denied my $20. NYF in the Burlington Mall is the place to visit. Their food is fresh, appetizing, and the fries were cooked to perfection, along with their great staff, I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone I meet.

Firstly, if I could give this 10 stars, I would. The service is always fast, and fresh with EXCELLENT customer service. I have been coming to this specific location for several months now and have never had a bad experience, as for the workers, I would love to commend Paul, Amanda, and Jonathon for their outstanding efforts they provide with amazing service. As well as the three other girls who work at this location. They treat their customers very kindly and are very personable to talk to. Although this isn’t exactly top cuisine food, I believe that credit is due where credit is deserved and this team deserves a great deal of respect for the work they put in. Keep up the amazing work guys! :)
