Finger picking food, desi ambience great service. My family love the food here. Only feedback is to make sure toilets are kept cleaned all the time.

Bought 3 biryani specially asked for mild. As I took it home found that was not milt it was medium spice. Second the rice were hard not cooked properly and the chicken was hard. Called back just for feedback first the attendant said you ask for mild I said ye I did but not hard chicken and rice also it’s not mild. As I said I am just calling for feedback she hand up the phone. I didn’t ask for money or take it back. But don’t appreciate the attitude plus food.

Food was delicious, service A1. Falak service is always great. She is the main reason I comeback always because every time she take care of my food requirements even handling me and another customers at same time, that is impressive.

We recently had Namak Handi cater our corporate event, and the food was simply spectacular! The biryani and karahi were incredibly flavorful, capturing the authentic taste of the Pakistani cuisine. Every dish was prepared to perfection, delivery was prompt and on time. Highly recommend Namak Handi for anyone looking for a genuine and mouthwatering authentic Pakistani cuisine.

We tried this place for a casual weekend dinner and ordered a BBQ platter and their signature dish Lamb Namak Handi. I absolutely loved the Namak Handi, but there was nothing special about the BBQ platter. I have had better BBQ platters, so nothing special. But do try their Namak Handi. Service was ok and place offers in store dinning but has only a couple tables. Please like my review if you find it helpful.

The food quality is really really awesome. We tried the butter chicken, one of the best in GTA, Goat Karai and Chicken Karai. Way better than some big names. The garlic naan and butter nun was just perfect. The lady who took our order kept saying the order we are puting are not enough, so we increase from ½kg to 1kg, eventually we found that we have ordered more that what we need. They have only one waitress, and she is not one of the best, hence reducing a star. Food quality is still great. Overall, it's highly recommend.

They are about 1 year old and the service/food definitely shows that they are here to stay. Service - Every now and then, they would check on us to see if we need something. We went as a party of 4 with 2 kids and they went above and beyond. Food - Paneer Tikka Masala, Channa Masala, Butter Naan and Biryani Rice. Everything was 9/10 or 10/10. Kheer and Chai to wash everything down. Again, amazing experience all around. I have the habit of asking for sliced onions and lime... Again something they immediately obliged. I will be going back for their weekend Halwa Poori special. Reasonably priced. Good quantities. Definitely recommend for Indo-Pakistani food in the Durham Region. If uoi have tried Serena Grill, this compares favorably to it.

The food here was absolutely delicious! The kebabs were made with perfection! The naan break was also very soft and delicious. The kheer was pretty good too! The customer service was beyond excellent! Overall it was a great experience and can’t wait to try this again.
