We fully enjoyed the ambience at Nai! We went for a birthday party. The entertainment was amazing with a belly dancer,drummer and singer. The food was super delicious! At the ending of the night birthdays were announced and each guest had a personalized birthday announcement. Then to close off you danced the night away,will definitely be back!

A great middle eastern experience with a live entertainment and a belly dancer on the weekend. We frequently go to Nai and have had our employee christmas party there for 2 consecutive years. The food is so tasty and comes in large quantities, variety of drinks; the mango passion fruit has been so popular on our table. The show keeps everyone entertained during the evening. Highly recommended for lunch, dinner or evening entertainment.

Today, I had the opportunity to dine at Nai Restaurant with my family for their buffet lunch. Right from the moment we walked in, I was impressed by the restaurant's interior. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and tasteful decor setting a relaxed meal tone. This positive atmosphere certainly kicked off our dining experience on the right foot. However, the excitement was somewhat tempered by the price point. At $55 per person for the buffet, not including drinks, I found the cost higher, especially compared to other local establishments offering similar buffet options. Given this premium price, I expected a broader selection and higher quality in the dishes provided. The buffet featured a range of Iraqi and Syrian dishes, which piqued our curiosity. Unfortunately, the lack of labels for the various items made understanding what we were eating challenging, a significant oversight for a buffet. As for the taste, while the overall flavour was average, a couple of standout dishes caught my attention. The kebabs were particularly well-seasoned and had a nice char, and the whole lamb served with rice was tender and flavorful. However, I was disappointed to find the chicken wings served cold, which affected my enjoyment of that dish. If I had to rate the food, I’d say more effort in presentation and an expanded variety would go a long way in justifying the price. Customer service was decent but lacked the attentiveness one might expect in a higher-end restaurant. For instance, we had to request essential items like water rather than having them offered proactively. A more engaged and attentive service approach could significantly enhance the dining experience. Additionally, Nai Restaurant has a party hall, which is an excellent feature for hosting larger gatherings or special occasions. An unexpected aspect was the availability of shisha, which I found a bit out of place for a family dining setting. I prefer to dine in a non-smoking area, especially with family, as it can detract from the overall dining experience. In conclusion, while Nai Restaurant has the framework for a great dining experience, it requires improvements in several key areas: enhanced service, greater variety in food options, clear labelling of dishes, and a stronger focus on food quality and presentation. With these enhancements, Nai could evolve into a truly satisfying dining destination that justifies its premium pricing.

Recently I was at this restaurant. I’m afraid it will be my last. They were setting up for an event so I was told we had to be out before 9 which was perfectly fine. The place is very brightly lit so it’s not very calming place. We ordered two chicken dishes. We got one 30 mins before the other. We were done eating before we got second dish. There was some kind of fire in the kitchen. The second dish was a lot better than the first. Wish we go them together. I found two hair in the salad which was kind of disgusting. Service was very poor in my opinion even thought the server was pleasing to talk to. I don’t think I would go there again. Prices are okay

I had an incredible lunch experience! The service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was flavorful and perfectly prepared. The highlight of the visit was definitely the Shisha—one of the best I’ve ever had. Special shoutout to Mo, our server, who was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more! Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great food and even better service.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Nai, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The reservation process was seamless, thanks to the outstanding Negar. She was efficient, kind, and incredibly considerate, keeping communication open over text and making sure every detail was taken care of. When we arrived, the absolutely beautiful Negar welcomed us with so much kindness and courtesy, truly making us feel special. The entire team was fantastic—our servers were attentive, and the shisha staff, security, drummers, DJ, belly dancer, and everyone else added so much to the experience. Every staff member, including those who celebrated birthdays with us, was on top of their game, creating a vibrant and fun atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, which was such a pleasant surprise! The vibe was electric, with all the patrons dressed up, dancing, and having a great time. Massive kudos to the owner, management team, kitchen staff, support staff—everyone who is part of this beautiful team. Nai is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to come back for more celebrations!

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant in Burlington . The decor was so nicely done.The staff were always welcoming and helpful, making my visit even more enjoyable. Not to mention, the food was delicious! I will definitely be returning for more tasty meals.

What a Gem, my fiancé and I wanted to stop for a quick bite on our way back to the states, NAI exceeded our expectations. Food was beautifully presented, artistic one could say. Taste was phenomenal and the ambience was elegant. And last but not least, Sherry, our server was amazing and beautiful. She was very attentive and accommodating. Thank you Sherry, thanks to Nai for a great low priced lunch.
