First time here and never again. Ended up going here with my family of 5, we had ribs, the fish and chips, and burgers. Start off with the ribs, I’m not sure if they were boiled or out of a frozen package from the grocery store, but they were the worst ribs I’ve ever had… never had something taste so porky. Then the fish and chips, there was 10x more batter than fish… you’d bite into it and not even take a bite of fish cause there was so much. The burgers also tasted store bought. We’ll never be back

We love coming to Mr. Mike's any chance we get! Definitely one of the best restaurants in Welland. Great atmosphere, fantastic food, wide range of mix drinks, and the staff is so down to earth! Sam is almost always our server/bartender and she's beyond personable - always a good laugh with even better service. Looking forward to our next visit!!

The service was excellent! The staff is polite and attentive, going above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. Drew and his team are second to none - we will definitely be back! To clarify, I'm referring to his team and staff at Mr. Mike's, not his favourite hockey team, the Buffalo Sabres, who definitely have some work to do.... ;)

I wanted to share a quick review about my most recent visit to Mr. Mikes, though honestly, all of my experiences here have been just as fantastic. From the service to the food and drinks, everything is consistently excellent. On my latest visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Kristy. She greeted us warmly and promptly took our order. The food arrived quickly, and her wine recommendation paired perfectly with my Mike Burger! I also had the opportunity to speak with Drew, the manager, who stopped by our table to ensure everything was running smoothly. It’s always refreshing to see managers engaging with guests—it creates such a welcoming atmosphere and truly elevates the dining experience. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and makes a big difference for me. If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate—this team consistently goes above and beyond. I had an amazing experience at Mr. Mikes! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to unwind. Our server, Ruby, was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was delicious—everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. From the moment we arrived, the warm atmosphere set the tone for an amazing meal. The perfectly cooked steak and the sampler of signature dishes made it unforgettable. The service was the highlight of the night. Our waitress, Ruby, was attentive, friendly, and offered excellent recommendations without being overbearing. She made us feel welcome and ensured everything was just right. Mr. Mike’s combines great food with exceptional service. Ruby and the team made our visit memorable, and we’ll definitely be back. Overall experience was pretty good because our server Dylan was nice and the place was clean. It was quite spacious inside. Once you enter, the right hand side of the restaurant is where you can watch sports games, and we went to the left side. The tables were quite big. We had a bacon mike burger and a Nashville fried chicken sandwich. They were both not bad. We replaced the fries with onion rings and garlic parmesan fried. We ordered a dessert suggested by our server but in half the portion. It was a warm toffee cake. It was a bit too sweet for me but still enjoyable. They had a big menu and the cocktails were reasonably priced with decent ingredients. We would be interested if we were not on a road trip.
