Mr. Chicken Shawarma in Hamilton offers tender, juicy chicken, but the seasoning could use more depth to really enhance the flavor. While the portions are generous and the toppings are fresh, the shawarma can feel a bit one-dimensional. Additionally, the bread can be a bit thick at times, which affects the overall texture of the dish. It’s a satisfying meal but could benefit from more complexity in flavor and a lighter, fresher wrap.

I just discovered that this l have ordered a lot of sandwiches from this restaurant during 3 years and i didn't review it yet! Best restaurants ever 🤩🤩🤩🤩 And the great woman that works in the restaurant she is so kind and generous 🤗🤗🤗

Do not buy anything from here. They asked my cousin to come in for training said they would pay her half wage and they didn’t made her work over a month for free shifts until 1am and didn’t even bother to pay her. They didn’t even call her and when she got to the shift they told her sorry we don’t need you anymore don’t come again. I will be contacting labour board of Ontario as well as the ministry of labour. Have the manager reach out to me and pay her the wages for the month or i will be taking legal action.

The poutine was nice but when I asked for a little extra sauce she didn't tell me it was extra and just charged me 2.50 I think for it.

This place is one of my favourites for comfort food. Love all their food but my favourite is the chicken rice combo! I really enjoy watching the staff cook right in front of us and they are always so friendly :) The sauces are delicious and the meat is great, not too heavy. The rice is soft and flavourful and the pita and fries are nice and warm on the side. Some mango juice to go with it and it's a complete meal 😍 Service is quick and quality is excellent, there's a reason this place has been around forever 😉 always a pleasure visiting you guys, 5 STARS 👏👏👏👏

I am absolutely thrilled at the experience and service I received at this food location. From walking in and having a lovely woman behind the counter greet us with a huge smile on her face, to her serving customers one after the other with ease and no complaints, I am in love with this location. If you look at the photo I included, this woman did not stop smiling with us as she was making our food and as she served the 4+ hungry customers waiting for their food with speedy service. I will definitely be coming back here because of this 5 star service. On top of the service, yes, the food was AMAZING!!! 5/5 stars overall.
