This place deserves zero star from my side. The manager has a stinky attitude, I mean you just work at a fast food location so give priority to guest experience rather than validation and having a clash with the guests. You got terrible food, terrible ambiance, I would love to give this store zero stars if it would be possible Focus on your behaviour with beings and behave as if you believe in humanity

This location is a mess. The staff cannot attend to both drive-thru and in-store orders at the same time. If they focus on one, the other will most definitely suffer. They get my order wrong 75% of the time. Once I ordered a 6-piece of chicken nuggets with only 5 nuggets. Another time, they gave my daughter a book instead of a toy in her Happy Meal. I order ice coffee in the summer to consistently be given hot coffee. Today takes the cake. They were apparently out of Happy Meal toys and books. Their system did not register it nor did they bother to tell me when I placed my order and PAID AT THE COUNTER. They sold me a Happy Meal for my daughter with no toy. In addition, I ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich and it was wrong. They gave me a spicy crispy chicken sandwich instead. The only reason we keep coming back to this location is because it's convenient. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to be aggravated.

Deleted part of our order and then got annoyed saying we should have confirmed it when we went to pay. Ordered 10 pc chicken nugget meal and one was missing and didnt give ANY sweet and sour sauce. Pop tasted like soda water. Window clerk was annoyed because "we went to the wrong window" when there wasn't anyone at the pay window. Terrible experience and food quality. Manager was helpful when I called, he gets 5 stars and must be exhausted from the complaints this place gets.

They are serving food with food flies, worst customer service manager don’t know how to talk and every time when i order they just treat me like that i am getting food for free . This mcd really need to change their management staff . They never mix sugar in coffee or tea.

The floor was wet!!!! No slip and fall sign. I brought it to the attention of the front counter, I was there for 10 more minutes waiting for my order, And nobody took care of it. No napkins! Dinner room needs to be moped. Into the washroom to wash my hands before my food came and the washing was a complete disaster as well.

I ordered various breakfast items including 4 breakfast burritos for pick up. Only after finishing eating and cleaning up the garbage did we notice two of the burritos were technically expired. I also didn’t realize they made the burritos that far in advance, even for the ones made that day. The “fresh” ones were made 1:16 am and I purchased them at 8 am. So 6.5 hrs of sitting around before consumption.

The donuts at the counter’s display do look nice, but, unfortunately, they turned out to be completely inedible. They’re so stale I’m guessing they were there for at least 2-3 days? I assume they already have enough preservatives to keep them “fresh”, but even that wasn’t enough to make these donuts okay for consumption. I had to throw them away when I got home and realized that. The drinks I got were good (tea and cappuccino). I read some other reviews and noticed one that says that the employees clear out the board with order numbers as soon as they receive them. I noticed that too because I ordered through the app and was looking for my number, but as soon as any order number appears an employee goes and clears it. That was quite inconvenient. The place was clean and there were plenty of parking spots available. I’m not sure if the washrooms were clean. Also, I haven’t ordered any burger and fries items, but having tried their donuts I don’t think I will. It’s a good place to get a drink (and the drink only) and sit with your friend because the place itself is spacious and light, but if you want a sweet baked treat, find a better location. You deserve good food :)
