Im seeing lots of change from before. The new manager Rowan is hardworking and respectful. I've been coming here for years and notice that the new staff cleaning the dining room are so hardworking and they care. It's nice to see. I can see major improvement over the last couple of months as this used to be the worst MCD but now it's much better.

just came in were served by valentine with me and my two friends. SHES SO KIND AND HELPFUL. Why is she the only one working in the front? Taking orders, walking out orders + packing. She seems new but she’s super sweet and nice and she’s the only one working

This whole McDonalds experience was terrible. Starting off with order taking. I was asked ‘is that everything’ multiple times instead of using phrasing like ‘what else can I get you’. When we received our order we were given no napkins, forks, or straws. Since we came through the drive though these items should not need to be request. On top of that we were also missing the salt we had requested while ordering and our apple pies. Before even receiving our order we were parked however none of our food was hot, so the parking seemed arbitrary. After receiving our order and noticing the missing components we entered the restaurant just to be ignored for a good 2 minutes before being asked what I needed. While in the restaurant the workers were literally doing nothing while the manager ran around. However the manager was kind and made sure we got our missing stuff the worker who put together our order laughed about the fact that they messed it up in the first place. Clarifying that she does not care about her job or customer service.

Food was great, service was ok, but they handle your burgers and wraps with bare hands. I will avoid this location from now on due to poor standard of food hygiene…

This place gives priority to drive-thru. I waited for my order for 12 minutes! There was 1 customer in front of me in line with an order for 1 coffee. 12 minutes! Not during rush hour.
