I ordered then used the bathroom. They have Dyson hand dryers, and automatic taps. Their taps don't reach any more than 15-20 degrees. I asked the manager and she told me to just use soap. I opened the dispenser to find it is the cheapest soap you can buy. These are not adequate for sanitation and healthy practices. this location boldy violates many health standards. I ran the tap for 3 min. Imagine what an employees hands look like after using the bathroom. I threw my meal out. I want my money back. The manger would not agree even after proof.

This McDonald's was really on their game. I wanted to use my winnings and speak to a physical person, which was there to greet me within 15 seconds. Not horrible. The food was fantastic because it was free. We had coffee, tea, medium fries and apple pie. These were really good fries (burn your mouth hot and a bit greasy!!!), the way it should always be. Im also always 420'd so they were REALLY good lmao. Coffee and tea were perfect as always and the apple pie tasted like pineapple. It was free though. The women's restroom needed attention, but that's nothing. Their customer service was outstanding, hands down one of the best McDonald's I've been to in Ontario! I wish I got names but there were three that stood out. Order taker, young woman who got me salt and the young man who was just behind her were great! Great team!

Lady Had to enter the order 3 x to get it right. To used to customers using the self order kiosks, no doubt. Went inside b/c the drive thru was backed up, bad idea. 2 jr. chicken sandwich, McDouble, no cheese onions, xtra picles. Got in the car, & it's a single burger w 3 pickles, not a double. Way too much mayo on the chicken,. What a bad joke this joint is, no wonder why so many bad reviews, never again!

Ordered the breakfast burrito. They don't know how to wrap it, in this one I had more wrap than filling. Been here on other occasions, and have experienced mistakes on many of my orders. They are disorganized and slow. I thought that was because it was a new location, but it's been open for a while now and it doesn't seem to have improved.

Consistently take a long time to get food that is then sloppily put together. Drive through takes a long time. It isn't any better. Ordered a bacon deluxe grilled chicken and the sandwich had no bacon in it.

I made the mistake of using the drive thru today. They are so slow. Even when I go in it's usually slow but definitely faster than this. Seems to always be under staffed jow and takes forever to move people through the drive thru. Love that this place has an art spot for kids and people to draw and post, then share their artwork on the wall. Breakfast was good. Coffee hot. For as slow as it was, it probably could have been delivered quicker, but with how quick service has gotten, maybe I'm just being silly. Nice seating area too. So glad there'd a McDonald's finally in King along my drive.

Extremely slowwwww service. Waited 32 minutes at the drive thru for a single cup of coffee. Wasn’t even during lunch hour, around 2pm Thursday. Other than that they have friendly service, not always accurate orders and usually missing your side dips and peanut butter but hopefully it’ll get better as it’s only a year old location. Staff needs serious training.
