Absolutely backwards at this location, called to complain about services and the way it was handled and all she said was well we are busy, and I’m not the only one! Great management skills. Refund should have been given, you can take your cold salted foods

I was cared for by an older man who didn't know how to handle the recorder. It took at least 10 minutes until he was helped. then another 5 minutes waiting for the order and finally a cold, tasteful chicken gentrity of old oil. More than 5 people making food and poor delivery unbridled and bad taste.

It's McDonald's, I don't know what you expect. It's not great food but their quality control is one of the best in industry. It's always the same taste everywhere. This store is particular is fairly clean, same with washroom, that's good in my book.

The lady delivering the food was very rude and said she will report for me. The store is always very late to deliver food to the delivery driver and pass derogatory racist, and body shaming comments in their own language. Hate to go there to pick up any order.

Me and my Friends went to eat and I paid $25 for food, and I, a dyslexic 14-year-old boy went in the play place. The manager came and said GET OUT. Screaming at me, I tried to explain I was dyslexic, but she kept back talking us and didn’t care and on the way out she made fun of me for my dyslexia, when I said I was dyslexic she replied with that sucks, and went on saying her brother was dyslexic, like that maters when me and her were talking. so rude. Don’t go here. (It was a lady manager)

So the chocolate 🍨 is a sun don't. It was the most deplorable food item I've ever had from anywhere. Back un the day the chocolate fudge was warm enough to cover the ice cream perfectly. Now it's just glop of syrup that doesn't mix well with the soft serve. Totally disappointed in this sundae.

I decided to get a Big Mac and a Hot Fudge Sundae for the first time in almost 3 years. It was horrible. 2 tiny patties like those in a kid's burger, 1 little sliced pickle and completely unrecognizable special sauce with a ton of lettuce. I'm in my 60s. I know what a Big Mac tastes like and this wasn't it at all. And I couldn't get a sundae because the ice cream machine was not working. Then when I left, I watched 3 cars pull out if the drive thru line up. I was clearly not the only one disappointed today.

Was there today. Ordered 4 happy meals and yet again no sauce for the chicken. Every-time I go, no sauce. ALWAYS check your food before letting the crew member leave. We always get asked to park off to the side. Sat Nov 30th 12pm
