Marina's Sports Bar and Pizza

We have ate in and ordered from marinas in port and have had good meals. Tonight we ordered 2 piece fish and chips and were very disappointed. The fish batter was so over cooked and not enough fish inside the batter to even know it was fish. Won’t be ordering takeout any more from Marinas. So disappointed. A follow up to this review. My husband ended up with stomach pain after eating the fish. Definitely won’t order the fish and chips again.

Let me first say we were a group of 4 people. Arrived at 6:45. Not many people there. One excellent server who had to deal with the very slow kitchen. Owner Siva was the cook. Did not get food until 8:15. Wings were great, salad had been sitting for a long time and was limp. Chicken on the salad was cold. Not really eatable. My potatoes and veggies were also cold. The server was always apologetic about the slow service and it appeared that the cook was only making food, one table at a time. The only people in the restaurant that had come in after us waited another 20 minutes for their burgers. Spoke to the owner who didn’t seem to appreciate our concerns, explaining that the regular cook had not been able to cook tonight and he was filling in. Will not go back and out friends that live there will not likely return there for some time. What a disappointment

Decent pizza would give it a 3/5. Order was a bit wrong but I'm forgiving. Cheese was good, portions for topping could be better, sauce was decent, pepporoni was meh. Greek salad was a 2/5.

I eat a Whole Food Plant Based diet which is essentially Vegan. At Marina's they always go out of their way to accommodate my needs. They make a fantastic Vegan pizza for me. Always courteous, friendly and respectful. I highly recommend trying this restaurant, no matter what your dietary needs are .❤👍😊

Went for the brunch, very disappointed. Food was tasteless and sub par. Fruit available was cantaloupe and blackberries. The best item was the home fries. Had to serve our own coffee. The selection was fairly decent…they had pizza with no sauce first time I have seen that. The server was very nice she knew most people by name thought that was pretty cool!

I love going to this places where everyone loves me, takes care of me, provide me water & shade and everyone wants to say hello! My human was also delighted with the smiles & the service between beers & food of course. Even a cold calzone for breakfast the morning after was delicious, and I was lucky to get some pieces... The important point is that I left clear, once more, Am-Da-Queen-Wherever-I-Go! We'll be back sooner or later! Woof!

Basically small town charm at its finest- not only was I greeted warmly (despite it being super apparent I just needed a place to finally use a restroom, after a nightmare white-knuckling it on the highway) I placed my order for a small fry ( 😳) and was urged to use their facilities before even finishing my tale. After some pleasant small talk, I received my fresh fries made with brand new oil. It was definitely the pick me up I needed after a late start to my day! Thank you for your kindness and I’m so thankful the world has not robbed you of your generosity! ❤️
