This is an amazing AYCE experience with delicious, fresh food. The menu is extensive with options for everybody in your party, so no one will leave hungry! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vaughn

A relatively new sushi AYCE in Vaughan and decided to give it a try at lunch time. At $26.99 weekday price, i got to taste a large varieties of yummy dishes from torched sushi, tempera, teriyaki to dim sum 🥰loved the torched sushi 🍣 the most ,highly recommended. It is probably the best torched sushi that i have ever tasted in an AYCE sushi place. I especially loved Fantasy Eel, it has so many layers of flavors. The regular sushi, i only liked the salmon, the others were not really fresh. Dim sum was nice too, the green spinach shrimp dumplings was so good from the skin to the filling❤️ full menu attached, give it a try when you are in the area.

We just found our new favourite AYCE sushi spot. Maple sushi offers great quality, good presentation, and prompt service. The dinner menu has tons of variety and is worth the price. Will be back!

It’s our first time here because we saw an ad online. We really enjoy it. The food is fresh, the rips are tasty. The torch sushi is good, the deserts are delicious. The price is reasonable because it’s similar to other AYCE. We will definitely come back.

I came here for lunch with my sisters and were very happy with the quality of the food and the efficiency of service. Our server was polite, she helped us with the high chair for the baby and kept our table free of empty plates as we ate. Food was great and we were happy with the service. The Torched sushi was one of our favourites for the day, as well as the cheese wontons, and the chicken bbq sausage and Mango Sago.

It's an absolute gem! The all-you-can-eat dinner is fantastic, offering fresh and delicious sushi. The Lobster Roll is a standout, with succulent lobster and creamy avocado. The Torch Rolls are a must-try, beautifully caramelized and bursting with flavor. Salmon Ceviche and Albacore Tuna Tataki are the best I've ever tried. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere make it a top spot for me. Highly recommend!
