Maple Garden Chinese Restaurant

We came here not expecting much but we're so impressed with the owner and then the food was so delicious!! It was a wonderful surprise! We will be back for sure! Love it... the service too was above and beyond!! Ty for a wonderful experience.

I dined in had a Cantonese chow mein and started feeling sick when I left then it got progressively worse all night long and I was very sick for 3 days with food poisoning it was on Thursday November 14 in the evening when I ate there I hadn’t had anything else to eat all day so I know it was the Cantonese chow mein dinner. I will never eat there again I was so sick for 3 days and had to go buy activated charcoal capsules to take for the poison. Don’t eat there.

Prices have tripled in the past five years. The quality of food has dropped drastically. Chicken fried rice and breaded shrimp were not even hot and tasted stale. Will never order from here again. So expensive for poor quality food.

Absolutely horrible. We ordered Cantonese chow mein which was not it. Cantonese chow mein is suppose to be a little crunchy and saucy, this dish was neither. The flavour was alright on the noodles but no. The egg fried rice and the spring rolls were GOOD, but you can’t really mess those things up, can you. All the chicken dishes we got, YUCK. So chewy and disgusting. Tasted like it was cooked in old oil and refried from day before with how chewy it was. I will never order from them again. They do have great customer service tho. I did take out and the cashier was very nice and let me get away with 20 cents off because I misheard the price over the phone and didn’t bring enough cash. I know it’s only 20 cents but some companies are real sticklers If their food was good, I would dine in once, it’s cute inside, a very old school kinda Chinese restaurant. Gave a nice little nostalgic feeling

We were very impressed at the quality and quantity of food! Staff were so friendly, honest, genuine and went above and beyond in explaining their menu. Pleasantly surprised that all utensils, hot sauce and soy sauce were included in our takeout bag. They even gave us a fortune cookies! If we live closer, we would definitely come more often. Great food, great people. Big and generous portions. Very fresh and quick service for take out. Thank you so much!

This definitely our favourite Chinese Food Restaurant! Whenever we have birthday or celebrations we love to order from here! The food is absolutely delicious and they give very nice portions! The prices are so reasonable and if you pay with cash they give you a 10 percent discount! We live in Thornhill and it's worth the 25 minute drive to Maple Ontario! I highly recommend you trying it! You won't be disappointed! Not to mention you will have lots of leftovers too! Lol!

Went for the first time a month ago, I kind of liked the old school 90's look. Mint not be appealing to others but I enjoyed the old feel. The food was wayyyy better then expected. Portions were great, taste quality also great. The staff were surprisingly pleasant carried a great conversation, brought our food out fresh and our table was loaded. The dinner for 6 is comparable to 2 -3 people going to "other buffets" in terms of variety, and quantity and price. We were stuffed with an entire meal to take home... and I felt great after eating more then I should have. Other places leave you In a food coma... not here.. the ingredients are different then mass processing buffets. It is a hidden gem my compliments to the staff and owners, real pillars of a mixed community offering incredible food. 5 stars all day.

Probably best for takeout. Service is quite good. The food was good but usual fare similar to a food court. Prices are very reasonable and quantity is on the generous side. Good value for money.
