One of the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever tried in Ontario. Food is authentic. Lots of choices and variety. Our server, Leon, go above and beyond the service provided. Very friendly.

We celebrated my birthday here and it was a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and the service was great! Our waitress was Lori; she was so friendly and she did such a great job.

Was such an amazing experience for my daughter's birthday! Everyone was very friendly and the service was spectacular! We all had such a great time. By far the greatest Mandarin we have ever been too. The food was fresh and everything was so clean. The manager was such an amazing women that made sure we had the best experience possible. Thank you all for making my daughters birthday special and one to remember!

The sweetest staff! The sushi chef is so thoughtful! He saw I kept getting the veggie sushi and asked what my favourite kind actually was, I said Avocado and the next time I went up to get some he handed me this🤎

If you have never been to Mandarin before, you are missing out. This is the best restaurant ever, with the best service and amazing people working there. They are very attentive and treat us very well. I was at the Hamilton East location and was served by Coco, she was super sweet and made my experience even better with her kindness and good humor. Prepare yourself to eat and enjoy good and delicious food for all tastes, don’t forget to try the cream brûlée.

This was incredible! The manderin is always such a fun time. The staff are so nice and regularly check on the table and take your used plates away. I went for my birthday. They brought over a cupcake with a candle for me to blow out, took my picture with my friends, and gave us this super cute take-home magnet. The manager came over and personally asked us how our experience was going. A very nice lady asked us again as we were leaving how everything was, and offered us cotten candy from the machine at the front of the restaurant. They really make you feel like a VIP when you go there! The atmosphere was beautiful, very clean, and beautifully decorated. There were employees regularly tending to the buffet as we were there. They are constantly cleaning and replacing food with fresh food. You can even see them making things like sushi and meat fresh right in front of you. There are free mints for you to take when you are leaving as well. Looking forward to returning soon!

I have been to many Mandarins countless number of times, and this was my best experience ever. My wife and I went all the way to Hamilton to host a family reunion. We had the choice of two Mandarin restaurants in Hamilton, and were glad we chose this -- and more so after we were told this was the newer of the two Mandarins. This place, in fact, actually looked brand spanking new. But, what blew me away was the friendliness and attention of the staff. The servers were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful, besides being very friendly. That includes Tuan, Aikoo and Gabriel. A special shout-out to manager Daniel, who made us feel totally at home. His warm, sociable and pleasant personality impressed us all. The quality of the food and the variety were, as always, exceptional. The premises also had adequate parking.
