So sad, the person we had serving us at a table was the bartender, Adele. S, let's just say she is one of the worst servers we have had, and to top it off, we explained to her about the service and she was so argumentative, I was shocked and embarrassed by her attitude.. It was as if we were bothering her for being there, we were interrupting their staff dance party at the back. Will we return, probably not, to bad because they do have the best burgers in town.

Ordered from here for the first time. I ordered a crispy chicken burger with fries and a chocolate shake. The crispy chicken burger was atrocious. The grease they obviously failed to remove soaked through the entire burger. What I received was a mostly digested in grease. The fries were obviously cooked twice and were colder than room temp. After being so disappointed with the meal I looked towards the shake. I noticed they added way too much whipped cream. This isn't advertised at all and isn't what was expected. There's only 2 inches of the actual drink I paid a lot for and the overwhelming majority is cheap whipped cream that nobody wants. Overall, I'm shocked how popular this expensive inedible disgusting greasy nasty food is. I'll be seeking my money back immediately after writing this.

Excellent evening spent with friends, enjoying great food and cocktails. Shout out to Zach for being our guy, helping us through menu and drinks. Very positive experience at this Ottawa street location. Vibes were chill and the atmosphere comfy cozy. Very tasty smash burgers and other delights.

Our server was extremely pleasant! She checked in often and ensured we were set to go!! The service was fast! The food was alright. Ordered: Onion rings - 2/10.. sorry it just did not taste good The biggie burger - 7/10 Nashville burger - 7/10 Milkshakes were 5/10

Must for Burger 🍔 Fans HAMBRGR Crown Point in Hamilton is the spot for anyone who loves a great burger. Their menu is packed with creative options, and the “Hambrgr Classic” was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The fries are crispy, and their loaded poutines are a must-try. The vibe is cool and casual, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Prices are fair for the quality, though it can get busy, so plan ahead. Overall, it’s a great spot for delicious burgers !

Hambrgr Crown Point is a fantastic spot for lunch! Before the crowd arrived, our friendly waitress even gave us a tour of the restaurant, and we loved the hip atmosphere. Cool, vibrant art painted directly onto the brick walls adds a trendy vibe. We ordered the Buffalo Cauliflower, the Dirty Bird sandwich, and the BBQ Chicken Chop Salad. The Buffalo Cauliflower was absolutely scrumptious, and the Dirty Bird sandwich did not disappoint either. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a cool dining experience.

Just had an amazing meal at this burger spot! The portion sizes were just right—filling without being overwhelming. The burger was juicy and packed with flavor, but the real stars were the fries—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely addictive. And don't even get me started on the salad—fresh, vibrant, and a great balance to the rest of the meal. This place definitely knows how to do comfort food with a healthy twist. Five stars, hands down!

I was so excited to eat here, with my family of 4. We came into town from 3 hours away. 2 of us were dying to try your pineapple burger we had heard so much about. Only to be told it was a customer favorite, but was removed from the menu a week earlier. I ended up only getting an order of onion rings, no burger. Although they were cooked to perfection and despite how they looked. They were extremely bland with next to no seasoning. When I ordered them, I asked for any other dipping sauce, other them ranch. As I really hate ranch. As the photo shows. I got ranch. I reminded our waitress, who apologized. But still never switched it out. Very disappointing for such a high price tag. The beyond the beef burger was extremely overcooked and very dry. I didn't take it's photo. The chicken burger with egg, was made of 5 small cuts of chicken. So it kept falling apart. A real pain to eat, but tasted amazing. Milkshakes were out of this world good! My daughter asked to order a drink. But was told no, as it was almost 10pm. However we watched 2 girls at the bar get served drinks. The last thing that honesty bothered me the most. Was that a cook started scrubbing the fryer while they were still opened. There were 3 tables of people and the girls at the bar. It was extremely noisy and really killed the whole vibe of the restaurant. We tolerated it for 6-7 minutes before asking what all the racket was about. Left our experiences off on a rather rough note.
