I did not take pictures of inside, however the Carbonara was absolutely incredible, the flavors worked perfectly and the bacon had a great caramelization as pieces broke off into the dish Atmosphere felt like you were in quaint family owned local restaurant with purely authentic Italian roots and flavours, from the decorations to just the vibe it was nice. Our server god bless her was amazing I can’t recall her name, I’m reviewing this a little later. 9/10 would definitely check this out

The food was very good! However they were understaffed when we went and it took over an hour to get our food.

- Bruschetta and Calamari are pretty good, not too bad solid 7/10 - Spaghetti con Pollo Aglio (pan seared chicken, mushrooms, olive oil) 6.5/10 - Tiramisu was top tier, ended the meal off amazing! - Service was definitely the best part, the waitress was incredibly nice and genuine!

Food is okay (might be a little bit salty in my opinion) but don’t come here if you just want to grab a quick lunch or dinner (be prepared to wait). It takes some time for them to serve the food but the waitress is a nice lady. Tiramisu is decent but not much different from the one you grabbed from the grocery store. Don’t forget to ask for a main course’s actual price since the menu could be outdated.

Met up with friends for dinner on a nice summer day, they have a lovely outdoor patio which looks very inviting. We ate inside as it was a very hot day. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful and a delight to deal with. The food was delicious, excellent appetizers, we have meatballs and bruschetta. All of our meals were amazing, my favourite was the pasta carbonara. The tiramisu was perfect with a cappuccino. Would highly recommend going for a delicious meal.

My friend and I met up here for dinner last week based on her suggestion. The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was friendly and funny! For my appetizer, I ordered the Bruchetta (small) with the feta (feta is bettah). It was actually a large portion, in my opinion, and was very yummy! For my main I ordered the Fetuccinne con Pollo alla Fiorentina, the serving was huge and filled with chicken, mushrooms, spinach and plum tomatoes, I ate my fill and still has enough left over for a substantial lunch portion the next day!! For dessert, I had the Teramisu (the only dessert option available that night), and it was very decadent and delcious!! All items are pictured. Overall, I had an excellent eating experience at Macheroni Cucina Alfresco, and I look forward to returning and trying some of the other items on their menu! It is a perfect spot for a casual dinner with family/friends or a romantic date!

At this cozy restaurant, where time seems to pause, you’re greeted by the sincere kindness of a sweet server whose solo efforts mean a bit of a wait for your meal. The ziti tagliati comes recommended, and while it's enjoyable, the flavors don't venture beyond the familiar, mirroring my friends' impressions of good yet unremarkable fare. Portions lean towards the slighter side. Expect to spend $20-30 for an experience that's carried as much by the endearing service and inviting ambiance as by the cuisine itself.

I will start off by saying this is a review I didn’t really want to write but felt obligated to because of the reason I write reviews. I’m a local guide on goggle, soon to be a master reviewer lol whatever that means but I like to help others and make recommendations. I also strive to help establishments by voicing things maybe most wouldn’t but to help not degrade. In saying that I have to stay the course! The first time coming here was with my then girlfriend and my now wife many years ago. We were young and really loved the service and food when we attended. I come from an Italian background and was very impressed with everything! Its not a secret we eat well and know what’s what… Try the Zitti… Just sayin lol 🤌🏼. Kids came and everyone knows that story…. Fast forward to my wife’s 40th birthday we attended with her family recently. Service was verbally great, we remember the one lady who was and is still fabulous. Yes she’s Italian. She was great and answered any question we had easily. The usual… Great! Now let’s talk about where this went south. Timing… Took way to long to get drinks, the order was promptly taken but took awhile to come. After no one asked us once if we wanted another drink. I ordered a Cesar to start and was not asked if I wanted another drink the entire time. I just drank water. The food, it would have been excellent as usual but everyone in some way said their pasta was lukewarm if not cold. No one really wanted to ruin the birthday mood and be that person so no one really said anything until I found out after. Again, I had Ziti which is baked in the oven so I can’t compare. Everyone tried to enjoy their meal cold or not for the cause it seemed like but the cherry on top was no one came over for awhile after and we were all asking about desert. The end of the mission where I think everyone had enough was they sat people in the private room next to us that literally 1 foot away. We decided to get desert on the way home and eat it at our place with the family so we left. My dad grew up in this neighborhood and remembers this place. It’s obvious this is a great place as it’s been open/around so long. I’m hoping the feedback helps in the future and just makes it a better place. P.S. you have amazing garlic bread and it’s not on the menu? Is this a secret menu item? Pro tip for those who made it this far in the review lol. Salute!
