Ordered online for delivery. Food was hot and delicious. Fish was not greasy. Batter was still crispy even when cold. Best fish and chips. The shrimp that came with the order was cooked to perfection. The free order of spring rolls was so flavourful and again not greasy even when cold. Will 💯 be ordering again

The man behind the counter was very nice. I was busy moving and I needed a couple of paper plates. He happily gave them to me even though he was running low. I offered to pay but he said no problem. I will go back and try his food for sure. Thank You very much.

Unfortunately the experience did not match the reviews. I ordered the family pack + shrimp (5 piece of halibut) plus an extra piece of fish. Our order was placed incorrectly and we were missing food. We contacted the restaurant immediately notifying them of the mistake. Rather than acknowledging the error, they argued and insisted they get back to me because they were busy. The fries were cold and the fish, though most expensive, was dry. We received a complimentary ramekin sized coleslaw for 5 people. If you spend $70, you get two ramekin sized slaws for your family… Poor quality food and poor customer service.

Bought Fish and chips for 5. Expensive, sub par Fish and chips. Fries were soggy, fish was soggy and tough. Order was misunderstood by staff, and no effort to rectify our issue. First and last time I will purchase from Lucky's. Maybe my experience was just Unlucky.

Best Fish and Chips...and chicken fingers....glad we ordered from here....not greasy and very tasty......ordered 2 pieces of halibut and chip, 2 pieces of haddock and chips, and an order of chicken fingers.....got a ton of food and will have another dinner tomorrow...one piece each would have been plenty. Also got free spring rolls that were tasty as well......will definitely order here again...well done
