Not very impressed with this place, went here for my birthday we had 10 people. Food took forever to come out our waitress forgot one of my friend’s food and the cooks didn’t even cook it which left her with no food while everyone else was eating. Not once but twice we found hair in our food! I will be contacting Durham health and safety about his as it happened twice. I do not recommend coming here.

I visited this location in the summer for my birthday. I forgot to leave a review. We had their margarita flights, alligator bites, chimichanga and nachos. Staff were super friendly and service was impeccable. We did karaoke on the patio and had an amazing celebration I thought the margaritas were perfect. I've had alligator before and this completely satisfied my craving . The dipping sauce was perfect for them.

Always come here as we enjoy the food but the service tonight is now a deciding factor if I want to come back here. The service was single handily the worst service i have ever experienced anywhere. Our food was thrown down on the table , no check ups, did not even introduce herself had to find out on the bill that her name was twilight. The restaurant was completely dead we asked for a drink and it took almost 10 minutes and had to be reminded twice. This is not the first time we have had an experience like this with the server as well. This is my favourite restaurant and this service should not be provided

Date/Time of visit: October 12 approx 5:30p we went for dinner and promptly seated in a booth however we were placed in a corner with full view of the kitchen which took away from the personal dining experience as there were staff constantly in/out of kitchen fulfilling takeout orders and serving tables. Service was great with warm tortilla chips and salsa to start which was a nice touch in the rustic looking Texan style atmosphere. The calamari was cooked well, however the breading/batter was sub par and was not crunchy or seasoned well in my opinion, the dill sauce was fairly strong and after trying it first it through the rest of the calamari I had off and unable to properly try the other sauce that was with the calamari. The steak was cooked perfectly to my liking which is medium rare, and there was an excellent sear on the steak. Steak was also seasoned very well. 5 🌟 for the 14oz steak.

October 12, 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been to this location before, and it’s always a great experience. Even on a busy Thanksgiving weekend, we were seated right away, and our server was friendly and quick. The fresh tortilla chips and salsa are always a hit while deciding on our order. We started with the calamari, which was good but could’ve been a bit crunchier. For my main, I had the Classic Grilled Chicken Fajitas, which were delicious and a large enough portion to take some home. My friend had the Boneless Beef Rib Steak and said it was fantastic. We both enjoyed our drinks—my spiked Watermelon Lemonade was really refreshing. Overall, it was a great visit, and we’ll definitely be back!

We celebrated Cinco de Mayo this evening at the Pickering location. We were excited once we saw the colorful sombreros! Our server Trouble made us feel very welcoming. Her energy, smile and ready to answer our questions. Enjoyed the complimentary nachos and salsa. We ordered a wrap and the duo sizzling chicken & steak fajitas. We didn't feel the portion for the duo plate was worth the price 50.00! We should have ordered 2 separate dishes. We asked the manager for extra guacamole since it only came with one. At no time did she tell us it would be an exyra $2.99. Not happy to see that on the bill 😒 Overall,nice evening and fun atmosphere 😊 Note and recommendation. We had a booth and the top wood piece, needs to be wiped. Very dusty 🤢

Good food and good service. We came on a Sunday and Diamond (I believe her name is) was working alone. The place filled up pretty quickly but she still managed to provide us with timely service. The food was amazing, we got the platter for two that comes on a hot plate and it had everything we needed. My partner wanted the enchiladas as well so we got those too! As an app we tried the alligator bites. They were alright, nothing to brag about bur the food was cooked just right and it was a good time. Highly recommend. Thanks Diamond!
