Suchhhhh a delicious meal. My boyfriend and I both got the chicken club sandwich with sweet potato fries and onion rings and wow were we blown away. My boyfriend says it’s the best chicken sandwich he’s had — and that comes from a man who’s had very many chicken sandwiches 😆😆😆. The sides were also delicious, sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and the onion rings were tasty! 100% a must try place if you’re in the are!

Fish n chips 2 piece was fast, fresh, hot, and delicious. Price was reasonable. I was a lone takeout customer and the reception and service was very friendly, fast, and all around pleasant. I was there on Thursday evening, October 24

This old place, at lock 42 has been renovated and turned into a new grill. On our little country cruise, we just noticed it accidentally. I hope they will survive, out in the woods there. I have never seen another local place that offers tofish & and chips. Totally yummy. Those are beer battered tofu sticks, fried like fish. Marilyn has the classical fish & and chips. She loved hers too. The prices are like everywhere else nowadays. Our visit and food was perfect. I hope it will be like this every time, because we will go back, even though it's off our normal routes. So, - ready for a Lil road trip?

Your waitress Lisa is AMAZING… she has taken care of us a couple times that we’ve been there. She is always happy and such a joy to be around. I told her she makes me happy every time I see her . We enjoy coming in for lunch and a cold one after golf. Everyone there is great… food is great… beer is cold… see you soon…

Beautiful patio. Delicious food. Warm friendly service and water access! You can’t ask for anything more. We sat on the patio on a warm summer afternoon, relaxed with ice cold drinks and indulged in the fish and chips, kids grilled cheese and chicken fingers. The food was hot and fresh, the accompaniments were delicious and everyone in the family gave a 5 star review. I will be back as you can’t match the atmosphere and warm service!

We boated in for dinner tonight and we had a lovely experience. Our server Lisa was extremely friendly and our food was quick and delicious! Would highly recommend the wings, pizza and the “lock’mess” burger! Looking forward to many visits this summer.

Omg! What a gem of a place this is! And if you have children, this is just awesome. Wholesome good food. Excellent quality and taste. Their menu is limited but each item is very good. The restaurant has three seating areas. Inside, patio and picnic benches out on the huge open area. This is a place you want to visit to have a leisurely meal. In summer especially, it's a shame not to eat out on the picnic tables.
