We enjoy this neighbourhood restaurant with great food that is reasonably priced, friendly and efficient service, and pleasantly filled with patrons. There are probably more people that order a meal for pickup than dine in.

We ordered take-out last night for a group of 8. We have been loyal customers for several years. It was a larger order than we usually get. I. Addition to our meals, we all ordered the amazing spring rolls and salad rolls. Everyone was pleased with their meal. No items were missing. It was all hot and fresh! Success!!

Ordered a rare beef and it came fully cooked with just slight pink. Server said rare beef always comes like this - flagged it doesn’t make sense since it’s not rare, he communicated it only comes pink if take out (which doesn’t make sense where’s the consistency? / why not offer To bring out as take out). Then I communicated competitors downtown ACTUALLY do it rare, he said not the traditionally way in patronizing tone. Broth was mid too but service was super poor would not recommend to any pho realists.

We came for an early Sunday dinner and were not disappointed. Service was prompt & friendly. The food was excellent - fresh and very tasty. I had the Happy Family Special and my wife had the Cashew Chicken. Both were excellent and came with rice included. I also took home 2 Mango Shrimp Fresh Rolls. These are usually also very good.

Had a great dinner here with family. Everything was fresh and delicious. Mango salad and appetizer sampler were the highlight. Restaurant is bustling, with many uber eats orders completed during our time dining in. Front of house staff were limited and service could have been quicker and more attentive. Tea pots are drippy but maybe this is a skill issue on our part.

Lemongrass is our go-to favourite restaurant when in Hamilton. You can not go wrong here, the food is fresh, hot and delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Long time loyal customers for a reason, the food is amazing.

Fast and friendly service. Ordered take out but the restaurant has a nice atmosphere. Ordered chicken and vegetable stir fry which was good but found the vegetables a little overcooked, enjoyed the soup that came with the meal.

Our appetizers were good, came out fast, and then before we were close to finishing, our main dishes came out and got cold . I ordered the pad Thai with no chicken. it was different it came with cocktail shrimps. I would have rather had a few big shrimps than 30 cocktail shrimps . The staff was friendly and the place was clean and nice restrooms .
