Lazeez Shawarma

I ordered chicken on the rocks, and the taste was off, so I decided to throw it away. I ended up with food poisoning that lasted three days as a result. A few friends have mentioned having similar experiences at this location. I wouldn't recommend it.

Just the best service in town! I’ve ordered catering from here about 4 times in the past year. My catering orders get confirmed by the manager, who is the most helpful and accommodating restaurant manager I’ve ever communicated with. The process is always very smooth and they always deliver on quality food. Lazeez is our group’s favourite meal to look forward to! Thank you for everything you do!

Don't go here please ! Ordering a large paying $19.20 for a regular serving is pathetic. Think they can play around with people. Food is trash as well. Like what a joke and the only thing fresh was the rice. Beef had to have come from the freezer. As some parts were still not warm or hot. Ridiculous!

Worst experience ever! Dirty and unhygienic place with worst customer service. After standing in lineup for 15 minutes to place an order the owner who has been sitting right beside along announces that we are stopping to serve as we have backlog of 50 orders. Do he asked everyone in line to just leave. This is at 8:45pm whereas their operating hours are till midnight. And when everyone leaves they just turn all the lights off, which means the owner was lying about the backlog of 50 orders! I would rather hear the truth, businesses have challenges and most customers are understanding. Guess the lack of hygiene is not the only thing, they lack values and customer service too. Good reason for me to not give business to this place.

Stay away from this place. Very unpleasant experience, ordered a large shawarma on the rocks, and regular shawarma. Chicken was awful, and looks grey. Zero crispiness on the chicken, just complete mush. The location was not busy, I was the only customer inside, and they didn't even shave the meat fresh even though they lied over the phone about doing so. I was starving coming here, so I forced myself as much as possible to eat this disgusting meal, Very underwhelming experience, and I paid nearly $30 for this. I will never return to this location, or any Lazeez for that matter. I feel completely ripped off, and kind of sick to my stomach from this experience. Stick to small mom and pop shops, if you want something decent

I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap regular size. 10$. The flavor of the sandwich was good. Definitely seemed like there wasn’t enough meat and veg in between all that wrap. ( I asked for all the veg they offered) Mostly I didn’t like the mayonnaise infused tahini/garlic sauce. Not authentic. The service was great but the bathroom was absolutely disgusting.

EDIT: I ordered again and found a hair tangled in my food… I ordered half chicken/half rice, and was pleasantly surprised! This place is so much better than Osmows and the staff here is so nice. Came back again!
