Guy at counter was nice, hard to understand though. Need to change fry oil, fries inedible too greasy. Everything tastes like old oil. Salad had huge chunks of onions in it. Hot sauce was grainy and hot in a weird way

There's some fierce competition for shawarma in Burlington and I've tried almost all of them, but Lazeez at Guelph line and Upper Middle is definitely my go-to on Friday nights. Big portions, great prices, they're always quick and friendly. They are generous with the garlic sauce and their hot sauce has great flavour and packs a real punch.

We love coming to this location. All the staff are always so kind and the food is fantastic. We are definitely frequent customers and don't see that changing anytime soon!

Worst hygiene and laziest service have ever seen! They use the same glove used to collect garbage to cook and let garbage bags touch the preparation counter. Food inspectors would close the location.

i’ve been trying to post this review for months and it wouldn’t go through . i was sick because there’s someone that works here who gets mad when u order so they give u bad / overly spicy food… even when u pay full price and EXTRA!

Low quality and Low quantity, Literally, they have put half compared to other locations. Don't go there I am sure they just trying to save money by giving you half quantity at full price.

What a shame as I like the Lazeez chain. This must be owned by an Indian. I was happy it opened near me by Guelph and Upper Middle. I've tried about 5 times hoping things will improve but it has gotten worse and yesterday's purchase prompted this review. Bought shawarma on rice, the small box. It was $10:45. The Indian lady serving asked for payment and I said card so she waited for me to complete. As always it asks for tip and I normally give but this time skipped to see if it makes a difference. Oh boy. All I got was rice with a very thin layer of shredded chicken. I mean that was terrible!! And I've seen some bad ones but this was bad. Literally no chicken when that's what I'm buying and the container is full of rice and everything covered in the white sauce. Never going back there. My neighbor had already warned me about that place and especially if served by the Indian lady (that worked on July 19 at around 3:30pm) but I tried 5 times hoping it would get better. I will never go back there. I advise you all NOT to go there. Lastly, I know this is a chain and I would appeal to the company to visit that place incognito just like a regular customer and not give a tip on the purchase to see what they get. Better still when that Indian lady is working!!!! I conclude with - Terrible place. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Hope eventually they change.

Great tasting food like any other Lazeez shawarma I have been to. They are in a pretty great location in my opinion as they have 2 locations to cover the main sides of Burlington. The staff is quite friendly. Food: I ordered a Lazeez on the Rocks but when I was eating it, I noticed the chicken was cold. It wasn't undercooked or anything, but you could tell it was left sitting for a bit and they didn't give me fresh off the skewer which was a little disappointing. I know I didn't leave it sitting, because I ate it as soon as I got to my car. They just gave me cold chicken. The sauces taste great and go amazingly together, ensuring every bite you take is full of flavour and isn't dry. Service: Friendly and fast. No complaints for service, they did their job excellently. Not much else I can comment on. Atmosphere: They have a pretty small location, as they took the spot that Pizza Hut closed half of. But they made great use of the space they had, it doesn't feel congested and there is a good amount of indoor seating space. Also looks exactly how you'd expect a Lazeez shawarma place to look like. TLDR Food 7.5/10: I would have given a 9/10 or higher if the chicken on my order was actually heated or even warm. But it was room temperature cold. Sauces are great though. Service 10/10: Friendly and fast. No complaints and no further comments to make. Atmosphere 8.5/10: Everything looks great, as well as plenty of space for what they had to work with.
