Kudo Sushi - Japanese Cuisine

I have ordered online from here so many times as well as dining in person and the sushi is exceptional! SO FRESH, SO TASTY. 11/10. The in dining service can be slow at times but the staff are all doing their best and are very kind about it. Ordering online through many platforms is great too, though placing an order for pick up online is my preferred knowing gratuity will go directly to the restaurant.

I had an exceptional lunch at this sushi restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with attentive staff making you feel right at home. I went for their lunch bento box, which was a true standout. It featured an assortment of perfectly fresh sushi and sashimi. But the real highlight for me was the tempura—it was crispy, light, and not greasy at all, with a perfect crunch that complemented the delicate flavors of the shrimp and vegetables. The portion sizes were generous, and it offered great value for the price. If you’re looking for a fantastic sushi spot with amazing tempura and a well-rounded lunch menu, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be returning.

Went in near the end of the night but the chirashi bowl was still displayed nicely. The tempura was nicely fried but could have been sliced thinner. Overall a good experience

Sushi is great here! But other things not so much. The chefs and the server is hard working and they take their time to give you the best food but the only problem here is the wait time: A lot of pickup and uber orders so it slowed down the 2 chefs. Overall food is good!

Went to this place for the first time and it was amazing! Their sushi rolls aren't just all rice and was filled with plenty of filling. Small place but very nice atmosphere. Service was quick and very friendly. Costs more than AYCE but it is definitely worth it for the quality and taste. Photos are of Maki Tray B.

What a hidden gem in Burlington! I've lived in Burlington for the past 5 years and only came upon this restaurant today when I made a wrong turn and saw this restaurant. Google gave them great reviews, Yelp however the reviews weren't that great. So I took a chance and boy was I glad I did!! Ambiance: It's a cute small but modern restaurant. Very clean and the decor was nice with Japanese dividers between tables to give you some privacy. Service: The service was amazing. The lady that served us might be a owner she was so nice and so helpful. She came by to make sure we were ok. Food: Ok this maybe simple but the simple things are what makes me love a restaurant. They water they kept Refilling for for us had a hint of lemon in it. It's so simple but a nice touch! We started with beef gyoza it was fried to perfection and so tasty. Then we had the agetashi tofu which is deep fried tofu drenched in teriyaki sauce. Tasted amazing! Our mains were spider rolls, steak bento box and chicken udon e stir fry. The dishes were all so flavourful and the steak was so tender my kids loved it. All in all an amazing restaurant! The prices were a bit high but that seems to be the case in Burlington for ethnic food. But for the price at least the food was excellent. Well worth it! I took a chance on this restaurant and will be my go to Japanese restaurant going forward.

Really, really great sushi place. Low key but the food is amazing. I had Blue Mountain Roll (delicious - my favorite), Albacore Supreme Roll (spicy, sour - very good), Albacore Sashimi (a little too chewy). Prices are good for the quality you are eating.
