Went to try this burger spot for the first time on Friday. I got 2 6oz homemade burgers and unfortunately both burgers were over cooked and dry. The fries were good and service was great. I picked this place after seeing good reviews with photos of juicy burgers other have gotten but unfortunately I didn't get that on that day. I'm always willing to give a place a second try so hopefully I will get that juicy burger next time.

This restaurant was referred to us buy another lady from another establishment. She raved about how good the food was and she was absolutely right! Not sure if the man that served us was the owner or employee as he was alone but his customer service was excellent and the food was really delicious and we will DEFINITELY be returning to try out different items on the menu. Would give more stars if I could as we were very happy and satisfied with our experience there.! Almost forgot to mention was a super clean restaurant and the ladies washroom was the nicest cleanest washroom ever seen in ANY public restaurant. Very impressive restaurant and just wish it was closer to where I live.

We were in the area and decided to check out this place! It did not disappoint. The burger was the perfect size and so filling. You get to choose from a variety of toppings and sauces as well. The fries were cooked so well and not too salty either. Definitely would come back here!

My first time at Kips Flame, despite we came almost at closing time, the service was 10/10, we had a nice talk with the owners, they are very welcoming, kind and friendly, let alone the burgers, by far the best burger around here, simply delicious! My kids loved it!

Tried the 6oz bacon cheese burger with fries and onion rings. It was delicious. Owner was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return and get the 8 oz next time.

I was very excited to come across Kips Homemade Burgers, as my son’s name is Kip! The grill was smoking, the staff were busy launching out orders, the dining area was clean and organized. I ordered the homemade 8oz burger with the works. To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the burger as it was definitely overcooked and in general…. not great? It came to over $20 for just a burger and a small can of beer. Other than that I enjoyed my experience, and the owner was very friendly! Thank for you lunch!

We never dine in, but we came to kips to sit down today! Impeccable service from the whole staff. I ordered a 8 ox cheese burger with frings and my partner ordered 8oz bacon cheese with rings. Onion rings crispy, fries fresh, and burgers juicy. Worth every cent!

First time here as we were passing through. Amazing service from the staff. The owner was super lovely and explained her menu honestly, which we appreciated. Their 6oz homemade burger is nicely seasoned, with smoky flavour as it's done over an open flame. Toppings are generous. Each bite you get a great mix of meat and toppings. Everything done to order.
