KFC 3 Rice Road Welland, ON

Moved from Calgary and had chicken from here a few times already after we found out that kfc in Ontario is all HALAL! I have experienced good and friendly serviceso far.. very generous with condiments if you asked for any unlike McDonald's. Excellent problem solving skills from the general manager when I was not satisfied with their product. They went above and beyond to make sure we are happy. I highly recommend this location based on my experience. Thank you kindly.

Hi, I visited kfc with my children and had an amazing experience. The staff was excellent. My daughter loved the girl that had served us at our table, we don’t know her name but she was very polite had dark hair and skinny young girl. Thank you so much for your kindness and service!

Visited today at this KFC with my friends, food tasted so good with the freshly made chicken and the tenders tasted so amazing. The friendly service of the staff made a home like experience for us even we got our food ready in couple of seconds. Amazing experience !!!!

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Experience at KFC! I had a fantastic visit to the KFC .The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, and the sides were spot-on. The staff was friendly and efficient, making sure my order was just right. The restaurant was clean and inviting. I'll definitely be back !

The staff at KFC were exceptionally friendly and attentive. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with warm smiles and were quick to take our order. Throughout our meal, they checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel well-cared for and valued as customers. Even i changed one item that is a macaroni salad to the corn after they packed my order…they didn’t mind that and said “ no worries , we will change it now” with a warm smile.

My first time going to kfc was a nice experience and now I’m about my 5th visit and each time the food has gotten worse I tried to let it slide but when I’m paying good money for a sandwich this a a half of a zinger this piece should not have been bothered to be put on or another small one beside it this is just happening everywhere and kfc your off my list of places to dine now to in a way thank you so I don’t waste my money any more

Online takeout order, 10 piece bucket, all white meat with wings. Order filled quickly and staff very friendly. I received an extra 2 pieces, all breasts, no wings. I much prefer KFC wings in the mix but the extra pieces could otherwise be a nice bonus - but for the disappointment of the food. While the chicken meat itself was perfectly cooked and moist it lacked flavour because the coating of those famous 11 herbs and spices was best described as anaemic. Some bites were ok but others were almost tasteless. This was not long after their opening so I chalk this up to growing pains getting things up to par. Hope so. I see some recent reviews are giving high marks so I’ll give them another try at some point.
