We celebrated my daughter and son in laws baby gender reveal and we had an amazing waiter named Shimeko. Other than a little hump of being short staffed he did an amazing job and was also very courteous and kept on top of everything for us. Always made sure we were not missing anything. And he was so nice that he was present when the actual baby reveal took place place.

Couldn’t help but notice one big issue: the lack of staff support for the one running the bar side, Cierra. She was running the entire bar alone, clearly overworked, and doing her best to keep up, but the service understandably suffered as a result. It’s not fair to her or the customers to expect one person to handle so much. Management needs to step up and provide proper support so the staff and guests can have the experience they deserve! Shes a great waitress and deserves her recognition. Shes the only reason I feel bad giving this location a 1 star review (she deserves 5). What a sorry manager cutting costs on a schedule a day before new years.

My wife ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and the chicken was undercooked. The manager educated us on cooking chicken and said the next one would be like rubber. They brought us a new one on a freezing cold dish in a cold bun with a bunch of scrap French fries with not one measuring longer than 3 inches, photo attached. It looks like something you'd feed to farm animal. Petty and unacceptable behaviour from the Manager. We ended up getting the meal comped and will NEVER visit a Kelseys again. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the entire women's washroom. The floor was covered in napkin bands and it's too loud.

The food was decent, but the wait time was far too long—we waited over 40 minutes instead of the promised 25. The atmosphere was very noisy, and the server seated us at a table close to the door, which was extremely cold and loud. Our assigned server did not attend to our table well, and the restroom was very dirty….

This is a great place to unwind especially during happy hour from 8pm to close. I was able to order chicken bites and a 16oz pint of Molson Canadian and enjoy the patio.

We are party of four and all with not too big an appetite. We ordered full tray of nachos and a Mediterranean Salmon, broccoli and cheddar soup, and a salad. And we are so full and have a third of the nachos left. The salmon won my parents’ heart and they are loving it😃 my daughter loves the soup a lot even though she thought it would be too heavy at the first sight. And we only remembered taking pic at the nachos, the rest were gone too fast. Jessie, our waitress is very nice as well.

Solid pub fare. Food was good. Poutine was good, if not a touch salty. Chicken tenders were a hit with the kids. The barkeep there was top notch. He accommodated the family need with style and flair.

Great food and pleasant staff! We ordered the loaded nachos and mushroom melter burger. Our food was brought out fairly quick and tasted great. I have to knock off two stars due to the cleanliness of the interior of the restaurant and bathrooms. There was a very pungent unpleasant smell inside the restaurant, and if they didn’t have a patio we would have definitely left. The bathrooms lacked paper towel, faucets were leaking, and floors were messy. Overall, the staff are very attentive but the lack of pride in cleanliness of the restaurant is their downfall.
